“Great fun, good people, would do it again!”

My partner and I have done ziplining in other countries before, but this course is truely the best we have ever done and lunch is pretty good as well!
The highlight was the 800metre line, the longest we have ever done. It was brilliant.
For those with a fear of heights, your fear will be challenged here, as mine was, as a lot of the platforms are on trees which are quite high up (biggest about 80-100 metres). The course also throws in a few abseils and a 'superman' jump, which were terrifying at the time, but so much fun. The guides we were with did play on my fears a little bit (i.e. shake the ip line if I was a little scared ect), but this was all in jest and they made it really fun. If I told the guides I was afraid (and they could see it on my face) they would do everything they could to ensure I enjoyed it, which I did.
The only negative I have to say about this activity was the pre-book and payment element of the trip. We booked direct, and made payment by paypal about 4 weeks before. A few days before we went, we had no confirmation from them, so rang up to to check we were booked on. They did not have a reservation for us, as they had not recieved the paypal transfer, despite all payment details being correct. The customer services lady, caroline, was fab though, and, after looking for a couple of days, we received an email confirming the payment had been received that day (it basically took four weeks for them to realise they had received a paypal tarnsfer, or there genuinely was a delay on them receiving it).
Would not recommend payment direct via paypal until they have this problem sorted out.

Great fun day out! Enthusiastic and friendly staff that make you feel safe as well as giving you a thrill!! Not only do you get about 3 hours of zip lining, abseiling, suspension bridges and spiral staircases up high in the jungle, you also see real Gibbons on site that are living in the wild! Beautiful!.......The lunch included was a selection of traditional thai dishes, something for everyone and enough to fill you up! yum! ......and you get to visit the local waterfall before being driven back to your hotel!!! Such a good day!

“Incredible”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 25, 2013

This was such an amazing experience, went expecting just to get the rush of ziplining, which I did, but also got to see a real rain forest from a really cool angle! Saw real gibbons living wild! The guides were really fun and made the experience even better. 800 meter zip line was crazy! Loved it! Want to go again!

“Great adventure, totally safe”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 25, 2013

We are over 65 (couple) and simply loved this adventure. The guides are very professional, safety always comes first and it's thrilling but not scary at all! For almost all age groups. Yet, you ought to be fit and a bit sporty! The organization that is behind it should just watch that they keep the high standard and the scientific approach (first comes: we want to protect nature and wilderness, etc... And not first comes money)! Make sure the guides are not under performance pressure with too big or too many groups. We felt their involvement and dedication and their 'safety first' attitude! Lets not spoil it! By the way the included lunch was simple but actually better than expexted.

The instructors were great (Bas and Eddie), they were really fun and helpful. We felt completely safe with the equiptment. The service was fantastic. Lunch was ok but could have been better. We had a lot of fun and would love to do it again.
