I have used the one on Sukhumvit Soi 2 for a few years. The food seems basic and they have not poisoned me! The table covers and condiments always seem 'sticky' to touch and the place is quite basic and usually empty-not always a good sign.
This year, however, the staff seem to have changed a a slight re-vamp of the place has happened including new 'sticky' menues.
Service was OK. I visited twice this year, but it would have been more if I had not experienced two things. On the first occasion and Americal Chinese man was on his phone for the whole time it took me to eat my meal. He was talking at the top of his voice and I learned much about his business, the way he treated people and how many women he had 'had'! It was irritating and I told him so as I left, but he ignored me! There's a surprise, a rude American!
On my next visit all the staff were sitting aound a table next to the till making some food items. There were no washing facilities nor did staff seem to worry about hygene too much, doing other chores and then returning to the food withoiut washing their hands. However, what happened next was quite unbelievable. One of the staff sneezed heavily all over the food, with no attempt to turn away or cover their mouth. That did it for me. I shall never return there.
I would have contacted the company, but I expect that they are franchises, so would not be interested. I hope they may read this.
