Great place to shop. Some floors are normal stores and then other floors have market stalls where you can barter for bargains. Outside there is more market stalls and also plenty of food stalls. Great place to go to escape the heat
increasingly more train/carriages may be needed s there appears to be more more passengers even not at peak hours ditto with the BTS which appears to be always full esp in popular town stops. cheap affordable for tourists , efficient and along with the expansion of lines will provide eve ngreater access thru BKK
The best way to get around. Save on taxi fare n haggling with the Tuk tuk drivers. Local people n staff are helpful will guide with which station to get off at. It's not overly crowded except for the morning office n school rush. Recommended mode of travel for Bangkok.
Clean, convenient, inexpensive and easy to use. Not as convenient as BTS but between the 2 systems it's pretty good to great around BKK.
Unfortunately the MRT is only covering a small area of the city and there s no way you can get to the important stuff in Bangkok by using it. This is the only downside. The stations and trains are clean, you can buy tickets easily and the system is very well explained.
