The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from sky train station "Chong Nonsi". You can easily get to every place in Bangkok. We want to appreciate very qualified friendly staff with sufficient knowlege of English.

When will I learn that a hot, flash deal on Agoda means the crappiest room the hotel has and wants to rent.
My room was windowless. No where in the Agoda description or in the reviews does it mention that the rooms are windowless. I hate rooms without windows. I feel like I am in one big firetrap. In the room pictures notice the large red chair, it is just in the way. I had to put it on the roll away bed so I could get my suitcase into the room. It was very heavy.
One reason I chose this hotel was for the pictured golf driving range. Unfortunately the golf club and both the balls were away for repairs. Uh-huh. Another reason I chose the Chaydon was for the airport transfer which it turns out is only advertised but not really offered. The many annoying fruit flies.
By the amount of booze and condoms on the desk I think the Chaydon is more of a boom boom hotel than a tourist hotel.
Breakfast was good and the staff nice and quite helpful. The business center has good computers and a printer is available.

Room Tip: find another hotel

the Hotel is very close to patpong night market and also the BTS, the breakfast buffet in the morning is good but it was the same everyday. you can order eggs in the way you like and its freshly prepared. located in a prime location and easy to get around. the centre is not too far and you can walk to the centre in 10min.. we took the train to Siam and National Stadium for great shopping malls its a quickst mode to travel .. 10 min y train and very comfortable and cheap too.. must get around in the BTS - Bankok train system. we stayed here for 3 days .. it was very good and comfortable and clean, good staff, they arranged our trip to Grand pearl cruise and also taxi to the Damansaduek floating market.. made our travel plan stress free.. We opted for a late check out whihc was why we booked this hotel for a check out at 8 PM whihc was nice since we had a night flight.. overall good experience. we stayed here for 3 days

I arrived in Bangkok from Tokyo around 11pm, took the BTS train then the cab to All Seasons Sathorn and arrived a little passed midnight. The front desk was courteous enough to help me with the check in process and assigned me a room on the second floor, the that's closest to the restaurant. But I did not have any trouble with that. The morning buffet was average, however the room service was pretty good!

I stayed here when this property was still under Accor Group, I hope they maintain their standard during the transition to other brand name.

Dont expect too much and dont be decieved by the reception, the ground floor area and the photgraphs on the web site.

Wornout carpets in the rooms and the lift.

The hotel rooms are good sized and very spacious.
But needs urgent renovations. The walls are dirty and floor equally bad.

During the 5 days of stay linen was dirty and stained.
The towels had holes and most of them had strings coming out of it as they were worn out. They are in a desperate need of replacement.

For the first three days the breakfast was running out of food though we were there at 9:15am. Once a strong complaint was lodged they had enough replenishment on the 4th day. Most of the staff did not smile and except for the male chef (sorry forgot his name) dressed in white.

The initial rooms allocated were changed as they were unacceptable as it seemed as if they were in a warehouse. with furniture blocking the passage.

Had we not prepaid for the stay we would have moved out having seen the condition of the rooms.

The cleaning and the dining staff need to smile and not have a upper stiff lip.

Never ever going back to this hotel and not recommed to anyone who expect a clean place.
