Okay, first things first. S15 is not a luxurious hotel. But for the amount I paid, it sure exceeded expectations.

S15 is located along a busy street. While the entrance to the hotel is pretty nondescript, once you get through to the lobby, you get high ceiling and lounge-y chairs. Such a change coming in from Soi Sukhumvit.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

S15's location is pretty hard to beat. 3 mins away from the new Terminal 21 and Asoke BTS. Well sure, there's also Grande Centre Point next door but having stayed there before, S15 give more bang for your buck.

The breakfast buffet spread was just so-so, but hey, this is Thailand. You walk out and you get good food. So no biggie.

We stayed 2 nights, fantastic location where everything and anything was at one's fingertips! Next door to Robinson's and Terminal 21, BTS and MRT nearby too. Requested higher floor (7th Floor) and to the back but still we can hear faint traffic noises. Upon entry to the reception, the smell of lemongrass fills the air. Front office staff tries to be helpful, always with a smile. One thing that we were unhappy about was the check in process. We arrived morning and couldn't check in so we returned after 2 pm. Still only 1 room was ready and the 2nd one came about 20 minutes later. Our room were ready about 40 minutes later whilst the last one were only ready more than an hour after I told them they should give me a credit for making us wait that long! Not good to wait when one was tired after a long day!
The window faces the neighbouring building but not a big deal to us as we only returned late and draw curtains anyway. The room itself was small, pleasant, clean and comfortable. Came equipped with a DVD player too. I found the lighting too dim for the room.
The bath tub was in a cubicle with a separate rain shower that I loved. Our gripe on this was the height of the bath tub to the floor was pretty high. And with a rain shower, there wasn't a step riser to prevent water from seeping out. So one has to be extremely careful when getting out of the tub or the floor could be very slippery with water that seeps out to the wash basin area. The toilet does not flush very well if you have more than a piece of toilet paper in it! So better think twice of using too much of it.
Breakfast was sufficient with Asian and Western varieties but they were not fully ready when we went down at 6.30 am. The guy manning the eggs counter seemed to have woken up at the wrong side of the bed when we were there and there wasn't even a crowd.
Overall, a good stay although a bit pricey!

Room Tip: Choose higher floor and to the back if you are a light sleeper.

Having stayed in a LOT of hotels in Bangkok, I was very pleasantly surprised with S15. For me, the location is excellent. It's right on Sukhumvit with a 2 minute walk to Terminal 21 and Asoke BTS station and a 7 minute walk to soi 11 for good clubbing.

We had the jacuzzi suite which had a HUGE spa in the bathroom. The bed was huge and one of the most comfortable in Thailand! We didn't make it to breakfast, so can't comment on that. It was clean, great night's sleep, great location and fairly cheap!

Fairly priced, nice & presentable hotel lobby. We got the deluxe room. Requested for room at the back as read some reviews, room could be noisy due to traffic if facing main road . Glad I followed the tip in tripadvisor, as even though our room is at the back, we still hear faint traffic noises. The king sized bed is really comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Once, came down quite late for breakfast and food in buffet trays were finishing. Requested for top up and the staff had prepared top up just for me. Thumbs up for the service!

Shopping street just outside the hotel main entrace. To the left, you'll find plenty of Indian & Halal Restaurants. Further infront, there is a Sea Food hawker centre where you can get affordable & delicious authentic Thai Seafood.

Located in front of the main road and easy access Skytrain as well as MRT.
Near to Soi Cowboy if you are interest to look into the nightlife.
Hotel room environment is good & clean however sometimes the traffic noise may seems in if you couldnt get a better room. Walking distance to shopping mall as well. If you are a vegetarian and likes Indian food, there are plentiful to choose.

Room Tip: Plenty of other hotels within the stretch of Sukhumvit 15

Stayed there twice during my August trip to Thailand.
Really good location on Sukhumvit with easy access to Asoke BTS.
Hotel is clean with well appointed rooms and good service.
For around 2,000 Bath it is a great deal.
