Possibly a once in a lifetime experience. 62 floors high, open air, just amazing. If you can afford it, I would recommend booking the restaurant - it is expensive but you are paying for the location & allows you to enjoy it more than the bar which is more cramped. We were not rushed, the service was first class and food good. It is an experience I will not forget.
