It’s a very good hotel in average cost in soi 13 , they got very beautiful room as well as facilities. It’s near the happening place of Bangkok. BTW they did not provide breakfast on our stay .

Our room view was not good but it was okay .

The rooms really need some maintenance, i always go to that Hotel because the good behavior of the Front desk staff and nice attitudes. I am also from the Hospitality industries so i know how it work Hotel business.
The rooms have molds in the bathroom, water leaking, the furniture's need varnishing, the sofa needs cleaning.
But i still like the Hotel....

Staffs are super-nice and super-friendly, and even goes all the way out to ensure the hotel guests are satisfied. Room is big, clean, and with a comfy bed. I also love the idea of having a separate reading table, as well as a master/bedside control of the lights and air-conditioning next to the bed. Not only that, EACH room comes with it's OWN WiFi router and separate User ID/Password, and with pretty fast internet speed too! Wow! And surprisingly, for a hotel of this price, it comes with a long bath too (with rollable partition so that one could even watch TV while in the bath)! Nothing like soaking in a hot long bath after a long day of walking, walking, walking, to relax the muscles and all. I'm also very impressed with the decor of the lobby as well as the room and bathroom. The WC and bathrooms are also partitioned by a glass panel - to keep the WC area dry, I understand - but I wonder if this might to be a little crampy for some people, especially those of a bigger size - maybe that's where the long bath comes in, I guess. I also suspect the showering area might be of a slightly different size for different rooms. (Note: There's some minor wear and tear in the room, but it's acceptable for me. FYI, stayed at 2 different rooms on different occasions, so not all rooms do have this minor wear and tear.)

Another plus point is Family Mart is just next door. So, it's very convenient to buy stuffs like drinking water, food, etc.

Although it's @ a 15 minutes walk from Terminal 21 to the hotel (Nana BTS station might be nearer), it might be a good exercise for those who like to walk. Alternatively, the hotel does provide free shuttle service from the hotel to Terminal 21/Nana station (on certain days and during certain hours). I would be great if it's 7 days, if not, 6 days, with one day off.

A small recommendation - coming from someone who's more environment-conscious - is NOT to use small bottles for the bath gels and the shampoos. Use those larger shampoo/liquid soap containers which can store more volume of the bath gels and the shampoos, so that less/NO plastic bottles are disposed of. And include an option for not washing the bath towels everyday - saves a lot of resources, including staff resources, $$$, etc.

Overall, I'm very pleased with this hotel. The energy of this hotel and room feels comfy and relaxing, as well as "classy" even. Definitely worth staying at this hotel again.The staffs also speak pretty good English, which is another plus point.

This hotel may look like 4 star luxury boutique hotel probably 5-10 years ago. Now, it just looks very run down and no effort to maintain them.

Some screws for glass panels in shower are missing and that’s terrifying.
Towels smells like it has never been change and it is not even white with some stains on it.
Not sure asking for new towel will make any difference.
For $50/night, I think basic amenities should be provided(shower cap, Toothpaste.. etc etc)
I have stayed at budget hotels that costs a lot lesser than this place and they put in a lot of effort to make guest comfortable so it is possible to have basic amenities.

Friendly staff and no hassle checking in or out. Maybe a little bit effort to maintain the hotel would make the experience a lot more pleasant because they have a good location.
The pool was shut the whole time but after reading the reviews on here, I think We are glad we didn’t go.

Very good location and comfortable place to stay at.
We checked in on May 27, 2019 early in the morning with our 7 months old baby. A receptionist was very helpful and lets us checked in a bit earlier because she sew that we got a baby.
Thank you again.

We are defensively going back there again.

Room tip: Room number 404, water is dripping at the window when it was raining.
