After I had booked my stay at this hotel I wanted to move my booking forward one day. The hotel had no obligation to meet my request as it was a non refundable booking,but they were more than happy to move my booking forward one day without charge. I stopped in at the hotel on my way to Pattaya for three days and asked them if they could mind my luggage until I returned to check in. This was also not a problem and didn't charge me baggage storage rates like some other hotels do. When I checked in three days later the woman on the front desk recognised me immediately and after getting my bag inquired how my trip to Pattaya went. Unfortunately service as good as this is hard to come by in most hotels. I have stayed in dozens of hotels in Bangkok with most of them more expensive than this hotel but I haven't stayed in a better room. Very spacious with a large bed ,two chairs and a little coffee table. The room also has without a doubt the best bathroom of any hotel I have stayed in. A huge very clean bath,a huge separate shower and a large vanity. The location was also very appealing being down the end of soi 13 , close enough to everything but far enough away from the noise ... This was my 34th trip to Thailand and one of my most pleasant hotel stays. Without a doubt this will be my first choice hotel whenever I'm in Bangkok.

This is a nice enough hotel, and very good value for money. It is a bit of a walk from BTS/MRT but not too bad as long is it is not raining. They have a shuttle car if you happen to be leaving at the right time. There are a reasonable number of places to eat nearby in Soi 11, taxi's are easy to get at the front of the hotel. Staff are extremely friendly. We booked an extra bed but the room was too small to fit the extra bed. Very quiet at night, good wifi, nice bathroom with bath

The staff at this hotel is extraordinarily nice. The facilities would be good, if they were not so old and in some cases not functioning. The pool is nice, but the lack of shade makes it impossible to relax for longer than a few minutes.
This hotel clearly is in need of some renovation, but otherwise can be recommended.

One of Bangkoks hidden gems. Great staff always pleasant, great rooms. If I say too much the place will be full next time I go, but I'm already booking for my return in May. Shop nect door and Thai kitchen around the corner

We enjoyed our stay at Citichic. What's probably the best about it is its prime location, located very close to many restaurants and a short walk to terminal 21. The room was nice! The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is big and has a bathtub! The water pressure is amazing. Only reason I give this 4 stars is because the pool is old and run down, has pieces out of the bottom tile of the pool. Would not swim in it. The gym looks fine though. I recommend this place for sure!
