Good place, but needs freshening up

The staff at this hotel is extraordinarily nice. The facilities would be good, if they were not so old and in some cases not functioning. The pool is nice, but the lack of shade makes it impossible to relax for longer than a few minutes.
This hotel clearly is in need of some renovation, but otherwise can be recommended.
Quite a long walk to Nana BTS along a road with dangerous traffic

A Little Gem

One of Bangkoks hidden gems. Great staff always pleasant, great rooms. If I say too much the place will be full next time I go, but I'm already booking for my return in May. Shop nect door and Thai kitchen around the corner

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay at Citichic. What's probably the best about it is its prime location, located very close to many restaurants and a short walk to terminal 21. The room was nice! The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is big and has a bathtub! The water pressure is amazing. Only reason I give this 4 stars is because the pool is old and run down, has pieces out of the bottom tile of the pool. Would not swim in it. The gym looks fine though. I recommend this place for sure!

Wonderful experience!

A family of 5, we stayed there for 4 nights in January 2019. The selection was influenced by the hotel's proximity to Sukhumvit and the Terminal 21 shopping centre. Also, the area was familiar from our previous holiday in Bangkok.
The hotel is nestled near quite a busy junction, but it did not cause any problems thanks to considerate Thai drivers. The staff were absolutely great, very helpful and polite. We used the hotel's shuttle Tuk-tuk to get to Sukhumvit for free. From there (Nana), we could travel in either direction by train, taxi or on foot.
The rooms were smallish, but very comfortable and clean. A Family Mart grocery shop located next door was very convenient. Our stay did not include breakfast (which you can add when booking), so we bought (microwaved)sausages, sandwiches and cereal in the Family Mart.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable accommodation in central Bangkok.

good room , reasonable price

i was there for only one night cz i have to go there to do my visa,i book the room though they have a bathtub however i paid to get upgrade then they gave me the room with smelly old , and i changed to the new room and it was fine , staff was great helpful , just enjoy it there too .
