We spent New Years, my brother, my boyfriend and my dad, and were very satisfied with the hotel. It is very good value for money, the room was cleaned every day (unless if we asked not to) with fresh towels and bedlinen. The location is great, right between soi 13 and 11, with many great restaurants and bars, great massage place around the corner, a mini market just downstairs which was 24 hours open, and the BTS just down the road. You can take the hotels tuk tuk down to the BTS as well during the day. We were not bothered by the sounds of the street, even though having rooms right out to the street. The gym is very outdated and the pool is very small, but both work just fine for a couple of days. My dad has been using this hotel several times, and we definetely will also come back!

Was greeted by Aon. She’s very friendly and courteous. Assisted me to check in and out fast.

Location: very good. It’s a quiet place in the partying area.

Price: reasonable.

Amenities: Gym, pool, mini bar, toiletries, safe box, 24 hours convenient store, good wifi, cable tv. What else can you ask for?

Room: nice and clean with comfortable bed. Good room size.

If it’s still not good enough, then I suggest you to stay in a 10000B/night 5stars hotel.

I booked a room with terrace at this hotel for a few nights at the start of an extended stay in Bangkok.

I arrived before the 2pm check in time and the room was not ready. Not a problem and not a criticism. I left my bags and went for a cup of coffee to kill the hour or so until check-in time. When I went back at 2:30pm the room still wasn't ready and so I had to sit and wait whilst it was "made up". Eventually I was shown to the room, only to find it was just a standard room, not a terrace. I don't know whether this was a concerted attempt to fob me off with a cheaper room than I had paid for or just an accident, but having arrived after a long overnight flight I wasn't in the mood to be messed around. Eventually the correct room was allocated.

The rooms here are pretty small. The terrace is covered (I was there in wet season) but the canopy leaks so badly as to be pointless. The "garden" around the decking terrace is 50% builders rubble, 35% weeds and 15% discarded rubbish (beer cans, cigarette packets and cigarette ends).

The hotel is a long way from the main Sukhumvit Road. There is a complementary tuk-tuk service mentioned on the hotel web-site. However, it is only available Thursday to Sunday - so nearly half the week you'll be walking to the main road or public transport. On the days it operates, the tuk-tuk only runs every half hour between 9am and 6:30 or 7pm. So for more than half the day you will be walking. And even between these times the tuk-tuk driver is often nowhere to be seen at the appointed time or is reluctant when there looks to be much in the way of traffic.
The hotel is shoehorned between other similar sized buildings so don't expect a view, or even much in the way of daylight.

The hotel has not restaurant and breakfast options nearby are limited, although once you get to the main Sukhumvit Road there are plenty of choices.

The rooms themselves were clean enough, but there are are better options around this area of Bangkok for similar or less money.

Room tip: Stay elsewhere

The place is affordable and close to the red-light district if that's what you are after. Located in a back alley fairly far from Sukhumvit road and Nana station. A long walk if looking for dining options. Luckily, 7/11 is just outside the main entrance. The hotel is difficult to locate at first, a lot of people get lost when coming from the airport by SRTET City line from the north as Google guides you to go trough inaccessible alleys. One needs to walk almost to Sukhumvit road first in order to access narrow alleys. The hotel provides free tuk-tuk ride to Nana station every hour during the day. Design of the room is fairly modern, however, doesn't seem to be maintained since it was built. Nonfunctional washlet did get replaced on the 3rd day after a number of reminders. Even the hotel employee admitted to me that it's not a good hotel. The room has a fridge, a safe and a water heater. The bathroom in addition to shower has also large bathtub (I was not able to try it out as with low water pressure it would take a whole day to fill). The release valve was broken and I was not able to empty even the little water I let in. The bathroom has a sliding door that allows the view from the room and vice versa. The hotel has a pool and fitness room. One can hear a lot of traffic noise during the day as busy traffic tries squeeze through narrow alleys.

Dear Marcel D,

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to provide your feedback.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced and please rest assured that we will look into this immediately for hotel maintenance. As hotel, we have renovation plan on next year and we expect all facilities and service will be better.
If you take sky train from airport. We advise you to drop off at Makasan Station and connect subway from Makasan Statiion to Asoke station. After that walking to end of Sukhumvit soi 13 was around 15 minutes.
We hope you will allow us to restore your confidence by returning to stay with us during your next visit to Bangkok so we can really deliver the service that is expected.
I'm looking forward to welcome you back in the near future, please let me know directly if I can offer any further assistance.

Stayed at this hotel 4 tines now and the rooms are clean enough and the location is very good , you can’t go wrong with the price either,
However on my last visit the room wasn’t ready and me and my friend had booked 2 rooms the receptionist checked the computer and booking form and asked how many rooms we booked and we pointed out the number 2 on the form to which she told us to take a seat for 10 minutes , we got our key and the cleaner was still in the room ,, obviously she forgot the booking,, luckily availability was there,,,, so now I’ll move on to a more reliable place ,,
Apart from that the place is ok
