Seven was a little tricky for our taxi driver to find (it's hidden down a tiny alley) but what a place. It was just as advertised - cute, modern, friendly - everything we were looking for. The best was the breakfast - big platter of fresh fruit, yoghurt, herbal tea if you choose - for me, the hallmarks of a good healthy breakfast! We stayed in the yellow room which was fine for one night - nice big shower with good water pressure. The filtered water in the bedroom was appreciated.
Beware of bangkok traffic - it took us 1.5 hrs to drive to the hotel at 3pm- then in the morning at 6am, it took us 15 mins!

I loved this small boutique hotel. The rooms are really stylish and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were wonderful, very friendly and extremely helpful.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok!

On the road we always look for smaller, design-driven places to stay, and Seven turned out to be a perfect choice in Bangkok! Think high-end boutique hotel meets cosy, family-run inn. We loved the decor (especially the reclaimed hard wood floors), the simple but scrumptious breakfast and above all the friendly staff. Expect to see us again on our next trip to Bangkok...

Room Tip: There are only six rooms, each with its own color....we suggest the "Blue" room

We loved our five night stay at Seven. The location is great, halfway between two skytrain stations. Close to restaurants, street food stands, and a night market. This is a boutique hotel on a quiet side street. All of the staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. They suggested restaurants and wrote out location names in Thai for taxi drivers. One of the girls, Ruji, even left a note in our room on our last day wishing us a safe trip since we hadn't seen her that day during her shift. The room was lovely with a tiny balcony. Every morning we were served the best breakfast we had on our trip of fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, croissants, juice, tea and coffee. Next time we are in Bangkok we will stay at Seven.

Bangkok is a very noisy, dirty city but Seven is a little oasis. It's located on a small side street so it's very quiet (which we definitely appreciated as we fought jet lag). The room was lovely and the staff was very sweet. It was the best part of our stay in the city.

Room Tip: We loved the purple room

From the arrival to the departure, we loved this tiny hotel. The staff are amazing and helped us all the way. From restaurant booking to spas, transportation, tips, etc. the girls made our stay extremely easy.
The rooms are very cute and we felt in a cocoon. I think this hotel is perfect for a romantic week end.
The location is good too, a little bit away from the craziness but close enough so you can walk to most places. A lot of nice restaurants around and it is located 1 minute from the best yoga center in town, so if you are a yogi, this is the right place for you !

Go Seven!

This hotel is small, and has a personal feel.
We stayed in the Pink room and loved it! The bathroom was spacious and clean, the only complaint from our side is that you have to lug your luggage up the stairs. The staff do take it - but by staff I mean the female at the front desk, there seems to be only one person at a time running the hotel. I felt bad and took mine up myself!

The bookshelf is filled with guides and maps in the lounge area at reception, and the staff were able to answer every question on where to go and gave great advice on how to get there!

We were given a late check out ( 6pm ) when i asked about check out time and mentioned our flight was at 9pm, but they did end up receiving a booking for our room and understandably asked if we could in fact check out at 11am - but they gave us another room to shower in before we went to the airport.

Breakfast was simple - yoghurt / fresh fruit / toast - but all we needed.
Wifi was great in the room, so we could keep in touch with home whenever we wanted.

This hotel is a 5 or 10 minute walk from the nearest train station, which is on the Siam line so very easy to get around.

This hotel is not big and fancy like the big resorts out there - but a stunning and tiny modern boutique hotel and we loved our stay!

Room Tip: it is a little hard to find, make sure your taxi driver knows exactly where it is - a very small roa...

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
Seven is a place for the privileged few, with just six couture rooms on four levels. It epitomizes the feeling of a stay in a stylish private home rather than a hotel a home that is modern, but ultimately very Thai. The multi-purpose "seventh space" - reception/art gallery/bar/lounge and each of the six guest rooms are inspired by the deep-rooted Thai tradition of relating each day of the week to a specific god of the planets and colours - red, yellow, pink, green, orange, blue and purple. ... more   less
