I lived in Bangkok for 8 years previously, and now whenever I am back visiting, this is my hotel of choice. It feels more a serviced apartment to me as the rooms are all very well laid-out and spacious compared to so the usual poky hotel rooms. Almost all the rooms have a small kitchenette which is a major plus; and I would go for the deluxe rooms and above as they have a seperate living area and their latest model of washer in the room allows you to drywash or simply disinfect your clothes so you can travel light and have clean clothes within an hour! It's really the little things that count I think! Service is great except for a really grumpy woman at the egg station during breakfast but I think most of us can overlook that for it's superb location which is a stone's throw from Nana BTS, restaurants, spas and great street food just outside the hotel for the adventurous, first class rooms at reasonable prices, and generally good service overall. Try the foot massage spa by the hotel. There are a few to choose from and they are cheap!More
