Just left the Pullman Hotel in Bangkok and wanted to write our review before we got home and forgot about it.
The hotel was definitely not a 5 star. Our room was dirty, there were black hairs on the floor in the bathroom and shower. As there was a very dark carpet in the bedroom it left you wondering what you were in fact treading on!
There was no turn down service in the evening and as we were only staying one night and checking out late the next day clean towels would have been very welcome.
The plus points - our laundry was returned to,us before our departure without having to pay for express service and we were given a late departure up to 3pm.
Breakfast was also good however the fried eggs were already cooked and left in a tray to keep warm, they weren't cooked to order. Whether you could have fresh ones I am not sure as we never asked.
The pastries were baked fresh and smelt lovely and on the whole I thought there was a very good choice.
