I booked a 4 female dormitory at s$11 per night, bunker bed is clean, room is small, has air-condition; lucky I was only one person in the room that night, otherwise it'll be too crowded if 4 persons stay. Overall service is OK upon price you paid, but has room to improve, for example: no water machine in lobby, no bottle water provided, I had to buy one by myself at 7-eleven; no lift inside building, you have to climb the stairs by yourself so not good for pregnant woman, heavy-body or senior persons. They are next to a building ground so it's a bit dirty noisy outside; convenience is their highlight - they are right next to major malls of: Central world, World market, Big C. A connection bridge allows one walking across the malls. A 7-eleven store next to it, a Chinese restaurant in the corner, and just walking to the north another 50m I found another 7-eleven! a few grocery stores, a food court provide meal at 50 Baht each. (s$2.5/meal). they are within walking distance to Chit Lom MRT station so it's very convenient.

We came as a family of 3 (with a 9 year old kid). The family room with bunk bed was perfect. The room was spotless and the bathrooms were perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly. The location couldn't be beat. One direction to Chinatown and right down the street from the heart of silver shops. We couldn't have asked for me. We returned there for our final night in Bangkok. Thanks again for everything.

Room tip: Family room gives plenty of space for 4.

The staff is so kind and friendly. They help you to feel home at the hostel. If you have any questions you can ask whenever you’d like to because there is always someone around. The rooms and bathroom/toilets are very clean.

The hostel is extremely clean and bright with large rooms. The toilet facilities are great, some of the best i've seen! However, the location isn't great. Its about a 50 min walk from Koh San Road, but the ferry port is only a 5 min walk away which is very helpful.
