Tucked away down Soi 2 Ruamrudee Road this Tuscan restaurant has the freshest and tastiest cheeses and cold cuts in Bangkok. Their coppa, mortadella and prosciutto taste the way they should - fresh. At a time when so many Italian restaurants in Bangkok served terrible cold cuts and tiny portions with no regard for quality Lenzi still prides itself on standards. We had their tordelli al sugo di carne (delicious) and the fiorentina steak for two which was cooked to perfection and again tasted of quality.

The staff here are attentive, the manager is extremely friendly. Yes, you will pay upward of 6,000 baht for a three course meal and yes the crowd is stuffy hi-so Thais and couples who don't speak to each other all through dinner! But the decor is warm and if you block that out and focus on the open kitchen, your date and the food then you'll have a brilliant time. Enjoy! This is a gem!

I have been dining our nightly in Bangkok for over two months and, finally, I found a place that surprised me. The food exceeds the hype and the prices were less than one would think - How Did That Happen? It doesn't matter, get thee to Lenzi!

In the two and a half hours we hung at Lenzi, we had great service, were visited by the General Manager, the Chef, had four great servers and FANTASTIC service. Now, that's what dining out is about - except for one other thing - The Food.

Lenzi came through! The beef and pork ravioli, the Australian steak stuffed with frois gras and the gnocchi with ham and cream sauce all tickled, grabbed and satisfied out palettes. And, the dessert kept up with the pace.

If eating a multiple course affair, consider sharing dishes and dialing back on the quantity, we shared four courses (including dessert) between two male adults and were stuffed, sated and ready to return the next time we were famished. Now that's a soft 'finish' any chef can hang a hat on.

This is the high end version of an Italian meal. Not focused on pizzas but quality Tuscan dishes. Wine cellar and open plan kitchen so you can watch everything going on. Great atmosphere from about capacity of 50 - 80 diners in ample dining space. Great venue for a special occassion

Have been to many Italian restaurants and Tuscani restaurants in my life, I have never experienced such fantastic culinary experience and never enjoyed such heartbeating smiles of the team.

The highlights are their cold cuts which you shouldn't miss.

As well for ladies, chef Lenzi is a very nice and photogenic guy who always smile!
