warm wellcome from the front desk at first day midnight, the design not really artistic, cannot make me "wow!" but it is special with others hotel. The location is good but not nearnest from the BTS station, it will take you 15 min from hotel to BTS by walk, 5 min walk from hotel you can find a street can enjoy local thai food untill mid night.

I personally would not recommend staying to those who are on a tight budget.That safebox was so trouble I couldn't use it. and have not refrigerator in this room. And then I been here for days and hotel staffs ain't been friendly.
Very nice and clean room, the room designed so great for a couple, nice, large space, clean. But our room doesn't have window. We lived near the laundry room which provide us the very great experience. They have the iron for free, with the washing machine, you need to put money in the machine to use. Overall, they were all helpful. The staff helpful also, when we came to the room, there were the problem with hair dryer machine that it didn't work, I called the staff and they brought me the new one immediately. Thanks for their quickly support.

We got the room with the window to the main street - big traffic = noisy room. When trying to cover the window with the curtain a large amount of dust tell down on the floor. The safe was locked from the previous guests I guess so we could not use it. We also found few long, black hair in the bedding... disgusting. At least staff was polite and kind... Not so good experience :(

They have pretty open check in times (14:00 to 5:30) which was perfect since my gf and I arrived around 2:30 in the morning, after 23 hours of straight travel including 19 hours of flying.
The room was extremely clean. We felt comfortable walking around barefoot and there was no dirt on our feet from the floor ever. The shower was huge, it could have fit 3-4 people comfortably (if that’s your thing ). And the water was nice and HOT, which was so good after all that flying.
The staff was great, super helpful. Answered any and every question we had, even when somewhat ridiculous. One of the guys working the front desks took it upon himself to write the address of one of our stops so we could hand to our taxi driver. They always smiled at you, which is always nice and welcoming.
Great cafe as well, with a nice happy hour. Overall, excellent stay.

Staff services good, funny and helpful. Hotel location is good and convenience due to near by 7-eleven, train station and restaurant. However, the only unfortunate thing is a night our hotel area stop water cause make us unable to shower on that night.
