Stayed here 3 and 4 January 2015, paid 1,280b/a night, with breakfast, walk-in rate.
The hotel is difficult to find, it is not directly accessible from Sukhumvit, you have to go down Soi 8, then the second sub-soi on the right to get to the hotel.
The location is excellent, less than 200m from the front door to the Nana BTS station escalator.
Check-in was ok. There are about 8 floors serviced by 2 elevators. Room was 316, queen size bed, 19" old style TV, small fridge, AC that worked, hot water in both sink and shower.
Carpet was stained, no bed side tables, no remote control for TV, AC remote control would not turn-off AC only controls the temperature. Door lock had been forcibly opened previously, there is no chain lock on the inside. Hot water tap in washroom sink constantly dripped, had to turn on hot water tap in sink very strong flow before hot water came out. The shower in bath tub was hand held shower and the was no hook or holder on the wall to hold it. The room was basically a painted concrete shell,
2 bottles of drinking water were provided on check-in but none on subsequent days. Phoned the desk and told drinking water was only provided on first day. Room was not cleaned daily, hair remained on the floor from prior day. Only 2 bath towels are provided, no hand towels. Soap and shampoo were not replenished on second day. No shower cap.
Breakfast was ok. There was eggs, ham, breakfast, chicken, stir fried vegetables, 3 types of fruit, 2 types of rice, toast, 2 juices, coffee and tea.
