“Wonderful experience”
Reviewed August 1, 2014

This is the best restaurant we have eaten in in Bangkok. Wonderful taste and the vegetables are fresh, which can be difficult to find in Bangkok. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, and we can only recommend this place.

“Best vegetarian by far!”
Reviewed July 29, 2014

I come to Mango all the time . The food is full of rich flavors and the dish sizes are well sized, which is a rare find in Bangkok. The decor is artsy with great sculptures and paintings of important Buddhist figures and scenery. Try the Thai lettuce wraps for sure!

“Good”
Reviewed July 28, 2014

I enjoyed the atmosphere at Mango, service was quick and as I had only recenty arrived in Thailand, sitting on the floor was an exciting experience. However, the main dish I ordered was the Vegan Green Mango Pad Thai. I don't know quite what I was expecting, but what I got, even though very tasty, I dobn't think you could class it as pad thai, since there were no peanuts, and nothing egg like to replace the egg. It was a bit pricy compared to everywhere else in the area, but I like to think that's because other places serve poor quality meat to it's customers.
I was too full for a dessert (I had a tempeh starter which was actually very nice) but do like the look of some of the desserts. Most of them are not what I would class as traditionally thai, but looked good none the less :)

“Very chilled”
Reviewed July 26, 2014 via mobile

Chilled out vegetarian restaurant and small art gallery. Had the falafel burger that came with a baked banana and some pineapple. Bathroom was also surprisingly clean and nice.

Room for improvement: the burger bun was just that, a typical white hamburger bun with sesame seeds rather than a healthier wholemeal seeded bun. Also, there should have been hummus inside or on the side and if there was I didn't taste it.

Mango shake and chai tea were good.
