Pros: 2nd floor, close to BTS train station, close to mcdonalds, 7elevan and Au bon Pain.
Internet in the room, comfortable beds, relatively hot shower, cable television, mini bar(fridge with some food in it--but its not free), english speaking at front desk, and pretty modern room. Courtesy and value for the money count most here.

Cons: Ants in the bathroom, mom killed a roach, only 1 cable for internet access, no on premises washing/drying machine (they do it for you at exorbitant prices with a 1 day turn around) expect dirty carpet, a mild stench in the hallway and you can hear when people come in and out of their rooms.

I have no comment on their breakfast as it wasn't included. I also cannot speak on the pool.
I washed my clothes at the Glow Hotel across the street on the 6th floor as laundromats were closed for Songkran. This place could be an awesome hotel if maintenance gave it a little more attention-cleaned the carpets, aired out the hallways or diffuse some of the musky odor and got pests under control.

Suggestion: Ask to see the room first before purchasing.

The BTS station is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. One stop away from the famous Patpong and a few stops to Siam Paragon and MBK. The hotel also provides free internet access in all category of rooms. The only minus point about this hotel is that there is an ongoing construction works next to the hotel building. Shouldn't be an issue if you have booked the Grand Deluxe as all the Grand Deluxe rooms are not facing the the construction site.

We spend 4 months per year in Asia--most of which is in Bangkok. I've had several apartments here and know the city well. There is NO better location in which to stay. This hotel is literally 10 meters from the Skytrain stop--and a great stop at that. The advantages of this location cannot be overstated. In fact, proximity to the Skytrain is the only serious drawback, as well. The hotel is literally so close to the station that the station lights, which are left on all night, may keep you awake if you are in a room that faces the front. Noise was not an issue, however.

There are lots of great small coffee shops (and a McDonalds if you are into that) around for breakfast. An iced latte costs about US$1.00, and if you will be in town for a few weeks, they all had frequent buyer cards. There is also a nice, inexpensive tailor shop for women nearby where my wife had some clothes made.

The pool on the roof is not large, but gorgeous in a contemporary sort of way! You might enjoy hanging around up there if you like to relax in the evenings.

Since I was scouting this hotel for a study abroad program, I asked for a tour of the hotel and I noticed that the carpets in the cheapest rooms had some stains. They ARE stains, however, not dirt. FYI: I am bringing my study abroad group back this year and the entire group will be staying here. Highly recommended.

Great hotel and brilliant value for money! When we arrived at the hotel we where offered a free upgrade on the room, the room was large and was very clean! The staff where really helpful with all of our requests or when we required information. The hotel is situated next to the skytrain which is brilliant for access to almost everywhere in Bangkok. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone as it's such good value for money!

Located right off the Silom sky train station- Chiang Nonsi. Walkable distances to Lumpini park and night markets.
Rooms are nice, staff very friendly and helpful. I would say pass on the restaurant. Bk'fast is included. Pool is roof top and a real nice spot to relax after a long day.
