Baan Suan Pi is a vegetarian food court consisting of 5 different pure vegetarian food stalls, drink stall and health/veggie food shop. We went here twice as the food was so good and tasty and prices 40-50 baht/lunch/person, including drinks. I found personally the food of the first stall and the soup stall most excellent. It could easily be served in a boutique restaurant as well, the quality is really high. Tofu laab, mock chicken salad with lemongrass, spicy turmeric "beef", 4 different mushrooms and water mimosa soup pet-pet. Ah! What a delight. The staff does not speak english but you get nicely by, just greet them with sawasdee and point the foods on display, and you can also ask for specific dishes if you know the names in thai (suggested anyway for an easy vegetarian life in thailand - that way you can order vege fare even from the street food stalls that do not advertise vege food). It's also good to be able to ask if the food is pet (spicy) or mai pet (not spicy). That way the staff everywhere is able to help you get what you want! The restaurant is far off the tourist track but really near Ari BTS station. You find this restaurant on the left hand side of the Soi Ari 1, in an inner courtyard exactly opposite to restaurant called Tum Road. The advertisement at the soi are for thai language school. The restaurants are open only 7 m -3 pm, so it's a breakfast/lunch place.
