“Good Location if you want a quiet stay near Khao San Road”
Reviewed April 10, 2011

We stayed here for 3 nights this week and thought Bhiman Inn was pretty good. Rooms were clean and ours was big contrary to what was written in Lonely Planet. It was a 5 minute walk to the ever popular Khao San Road and always had metered taxis available outside to travel further afield. Aircon was good, as was the small pool and smaller sunbathing terrace on the roof. Staff were generally friendly but didnt speak much english so were not that helpful with queries. Safety deposit boxes were very good and we always felt our things were safe. We didnt have the breakfast so I cannot comment but the internet cafe next door is nice if you want to be in the cool. Overall pretty good and would stay here again.

Room Tip: Book in advance on their website.

Wider space than the others at the same rate. More than basic room you can get from budget price. Pretty new and pretty well condition room. Special room facilities: small TV, minibar, large tall mirror in front of the shower room, 2 small tables on aside of bed, balcony (for let light in only, can see only nearby building wall), smoking and non smoking room are arranged. Amenities: soups, shampoo, bath soup, cotton swabs, shower cabs, 2 towels (big and small for 1 person).

Clean and comfortable enough for ones who want budget place, less busy and more relax location, >10 minutes walk to Khaosan road, close to Thai popular and cheap food places, good Italian restaurant, close to the Fort and Chao Praya river.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights only, hotel is very good situated, 3 min walk from koa san road, so if you stay here you will avoid a noise from night life, not far from old historic center, 15 min walk to kings palace. The hotel has basic equipment, but is very clean, a bit noisy old airconditioner but effective. The stuff was incredible helpfull, they even let us use their pool, shower and also provide us towel, and other stuff to use shower in the evening on the day we checked out, of course they also store our laguagge, good value for money...recomended

Me and my friend stayed in the Bhimann Inn hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is fine for a short stay, rooms are clean and quite big. We really liked the hotel's location as it was only 10 min walk to Kho San Road.

We kept our valuables in a safety box, which was free, just we had to pay a deposti of 500 bhs, which was return to us once we checked out.

My friend stayed again in this hotel at the end of her trip.

I stayed here in January for 2 nights and was very impressed with the overall stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived and the rooms were very clean. It is very close to Khao San Road - 6 mins walk. It is on a much quieter road so you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of Khao San and then have a quiet nights sleep. The breakfast was very basic, just eggs/toast and coffee, you can get cheaper elsewhere though. The swimming pool is ok but doesnt get any sun if that's what you are looking for, however there is a rooftoop area to sunbathe with just 2 loungers which gets the sun!

I stayed here for 4 nights. I booked a cheap room, as I was traveling alone and did not need a lot of space. Overall, the stay wasn't bad. The pool was a very pleasant surprise, and probably the best thing about the hotel. Some of the staff members were very nice, others were less so. The restaurant isn't bad, but there are plenty of other places to eat for breakfast.

My main complaints are just that my room was a bit dingy... could seriously use a fresh coat of paint and some TLC in the bathroom. Also, the air con does not sufficiently cool the room, which is amazing given the SMALL size of it.

I guess, overall, it was nicer than a hostel, but then again it was more expensive than a hostel.
