The room was very nice, cleaners came every day, air conditioning was working very good. The only thing is the view isn't nice and right opposite people who live there and also it doesnt have a little fridge. It's good for those who don't stay in the room all the time but go out and explore. The lobby is nice and breakfast was okay. Overall I would say it's what you pay for and has everything you need.

It was not easy for taxi to find this place... but otherwise very good hotel. The breakfast buffeet was delucious. There is massage/hairdresser/tailor in the building. Taxi to airport. Hotel also has a swimming pool.

We had a late flight and paid to keep our room for a few more hours. That was kind of expensive actually...
It is also a hotel were you are allowed to take "girls" to your room... and the same street has a lot of "girls" to offer. This is weird for some tourist but people must understand different culture. I dont support it, but i understand its a part of culture. I dont have to like it but its not hotel fault that this is the culture in bangkok.
We asked for room with three single beds but that was not possible to get. The bed was kind of hard and the pillows was good whilr reading/laying on bed, but not good to sleep on. Otherwise it was a big room, big bathroom with good shower and hot water! Also there was a hairdryer in room, water and coffee for free. Minibar and condoms to buy if you need. Small kitchen to use and minibar big enough to keep your own drinks cold in there. They check it before you leave. If you use something you have to pay for it. No price for the minbar or condoms which i think its weird but maybe have to ask for it at reception. Good thing -they ask a lot of guest about what room to stay in! Which felt safe, since hotel allowed "girls" to get in. The "girls" have to give id to staff!
Swimmingpool also provides with towels.
Hotel also offers to keep your luggage for free.
Down in reception/restaurant/bar area its lot of place to chill. Sofa and chairs.

Pros:

- good location if you are travelling solo
- close to nana plaza & nana BTS
- quiet environment
- room was cleaned everyday
- room & bath both were big
- room had a small kitchen with cooking stove, microwave & sink - I stayed in deluxe room
- breakfast was good & enough
- the bed was big & very comfortable

Cons:

- the staff were very rude & not very helpful
- the elevator was very old & sensors didn't work properly
- you may get better hotel for the same value in Bangkok

Tip: all superior room come with twin beds, so if you want a king bed better upgrade to deluxe

The staff was very unwilling to help. We reached at around 10.30 in the morning and asked if they could provide us with breakfast. They refused altogether.. P
Next day they started wrapping the breakfast even while we were eating and did not even ask if need anything.
Location wise the hotel was good, the street is happening. Rooms were spacious. Beds were huge and decent.

We booked this hotel for my wife and 2 girls (13 & 17 years), and upon check in we realized it was a mistake we booked this hotel.. With the first impression the front desk staff were not friendly at all and also their manager was so rude character.too. They do not have the attitude of willingness to help. So that was out first impression.

Tour desk staff were good. House keeping do clean the rooms daily but the towels are terrible, very thin and guess those are over used. We are frequent travelers and
we know the quality very well. Also we would never recommend this hotel location for families. Breakfast was ok but same thing every day during our 4 days stay there.
NEVER again book this hotel. Very disappointing

WiFi speed is so slow and it is no use of it

Room tip: We would't recommend any room in this hotel.
