I stayed at here for 8 nights while in BKK for work and found the executive 1 bed studio to be very convenient. The size and facilities are great. The hotel is a little worn and could do with updating though. My apartment had an odd smell initially but after a day or so I either didn't notice it or it went away. The bed was too hard for my liking.
The pool area is nice, and the gym is certainly enough to do a basic workout.
The complementary tuk tuk is fantastic. I found the reception staff to be helpful and polite.
The location is great in terms of proximity to BTS and many restaurants / bars in the street. There are quite a few night clubs however which meant I didn't sleep as well as I'd have liked.
Breakfast at mulligans next door was average and if I stayed again I would just prepare my own breakfast as the kitchenette is more than adequate.
All up at around AU$75 per night, it's great value.
