Location – good, service good, rooms clean, breakfast buffet good, friendliness of staff good. But still a one star. Why? No internet. The speed ranges from notable to connect to dial-up speeds. My phone usually cannot access the login screen before the connection times out. I have notified the management several times, asked for a different room or some sort of signal boost, but to no avail. The only place I can get a connection is in the lobby, which is less than optimal for office work and more importantly, for business calls. Lol, truth in advertising, they need to advertise they have no internet, and let the potential customers know what they are getting into. One minor nit, the room door sticks on both opening and closing. It is best opened and closed with a shoulder block – if you tug on the handle, nothing happens. Second nit – the entertainment center is a poor substitute for a desk work area. Lol, but the lack of a connection simplifies that concern!.
