Location is excellent.Staff were very cooperative and nice.They provided us umbrellas while it was raining.Rooms were spacious and clean Lifts were few and very slow.Breakfast was good with enough choices.Paid WiFi even in the Lobby! Its a Shame!!
Location is next to a happening street with bars all around, walking distance to a metro station, but the streets around are kinda dirty...
Rooms are relatively huge, clean, and comfortable....service is extremely average and offers you nothing special! Breakfast wasnt that good.
If you stay there, make sure you do not take a cab from under the hotel as they overcharge...just walk 2 to 3 min to the main street and get it from there
The Hotel is in a prime location. Close to the Sky train gives you good access to get around, although taxis are inexpensive the traffic is a nightmare so take public transport if convenient.
As it was business I had no time to visit the Pool or Gym, but suffice to say the Rooms were of an excellent standard, small kitchenette, clean bathroom ( with powerful shower) a small living area with separate bedroom made for a comfortable stay.
The Staff were attentive in that they greeted you however their local knowledge was lacking.We used the Restaurant one evening and was extremely disappointed by the Buffet, a poor choice of food at a rather high price. Breakfast too was expensive so I would suggest you look elsewhere to enjoy the local cuisine, there is plenty of choice.
Yes I shall be using the establishment on my next visit as the quality of rooms out way the negatives.
The hotel was very nice, very polite staff, smiling and willing to serve in. The room was quite large, with a kitchen that was fully equipped, living room with a corner sofa and a king size bed.
In the bathroom had a bath and shower also.
One negative was that the window in the room cannot open to have some fresh air, maybe is because it was close to the town and had exhaust from cars.
Th ebreakfast was very good, with variety of food and also can find flavors from different countries. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was very good.
Though location of this hotel is very good,service offered is terrible. Though we made reservations a weeks back,We were given smoking room since non smoking were booked that day.front desk people are not friendly and make you wait for long hrs for billing and reservations. Near to station and lot of restaurant.
