Just a stone's throw from Nana station, Grand Sukhumvit is an absolute gem. The rooms are really luxurious - a huge shower, separate bathtub and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The hotel has a great pool and gym and the staff are very friendly. Will definitely be back!

I stayed here for one week and enjoyed each day I was there. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I consider this hotel my home away from home and plan to stay at the Grand Sukhumvit every time I'm in Bangkok.

I stayed four nights in last week. I got a little bit high price through my agent @ $90 per night, actual was $65~$70 for standard room.

Location is too good, near to many bars, pubs, Nana BTS, and Discos. Sky train station is also near. Important thing, I visited BKK many times and found out that a CM2 is one of the best disco in the city. and guests of this hotel can enjoy free entry to this disco (otherwise 650 THB)

give 100 THB to any taxi driver, he will take you to almost all famous destinations from this hotel, including restaurants, pubs, bars, discos, shopping centres etc

breakfast is good
restaurants are also good
rooms are clean and having all necessities
a 7-Eleven mart is just 10 steps away from hotel

beware of lady boys, 100s will be there around

Room Tip: beware of taxi drivers, these days a Gems Shop has launched a scheme for taxi drivers, if a taxi dri...

Location wise - it is ok as the hotel is located about 300m away from the BTS station. The service is good as we were ushered into another lounge (with welcome drink) to do check-in. The room is of a good size (actually we were upgraded to a junior suite) which includes a living area. The bed is soft and comfortable and the bathroom is a good size as well. However, the furniture and fittings does looks a bit tired. Overall experience - no complain and for the price we paid i think it is a very good value.

I have stayed in BKK many times and this was the first at the Grand Sukhumvit. Overall it was an average experience. I found it was over priced for the rooms with many extras. The wi-fi is extra 500B a day and room service is through the roof. Just small things like this will steer me away from coming back to this hotel again.
Nice hotel with nice people and a good location but over priced.
