The only downsize is that the portions are small.
the owner was very friendly and the food came quickly. I would definitely eat there again.

Overall the food is dry, tasteless and lacking any flare of what Mexican food should taste like. Of course, being in Tong Lor, the portions are small and a bit overpriced for what you get. A lot of the main courses, specifically the 6" quesadilla would be classified as appetizers in most Mexican restaurants, even others in Thailand. The Chicken in the taco is dry as you can see in my pic, and taste and appears to have no spices or flavor of any kind. The approach seems to be deliver food with no flavor and let the customer put on their own salsa, guacamole, sour cream etc to make it fit your own taste... this is not a good approach at all, you end up with smothering anything you can get your hands on to bring some life to your food. If you are a enchilada fan, this is not the place for you as it is no where on the menu. The Corn Chips are tasty along with the complimentary fried banana chips. The service was friendly and warm. We ordered 2 Main Dishes and a total of 8 small bowls with the same salsa, sour cream and guacamole were put on our small table leaving little to no room for our main courses. Living near by, I really hope they can re-evaluate their menu as it would be great to have a local Mexican restaurant, but for now, I still have to go to Ploenchit.
