Last year we had free wifi in the rooms. This year free wifi is only available at the lobby. The funny matter is one can only get the free wifi after 11am... Why after 11am??? Well.....it is free anyway,,,!!!

Dear Sir,

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the All Seasons Bangkok Siam. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies.

We very much appreciated your comment with regards to the free internet connection. We do understand that the internet facilities now becomes very necessary for guest’s convenience, we therefore open the free unlimited internet wifi for all guests at the hotel lobby area (own laptop connection). The only reason which we could only open the free unlimited wifi at the lobby from 11.00 a.m. onward is due to the limited space of the hotel especially the restaurant for breakfast of all in house guests. We have to occupy some area and set up as breakfast tables for the guests. Kindly rest assured that our Restaurant Manager has been emphasized for the breakfast traffic control for more convenience of the guest accordingly. We hope, all the explanation mentioned above make you more clear a bit from wifi issue and we would like to seek your kind understanding regarding this matter.

Your comments have certainly raised areas of concern that need to be addressed and will inspire us to strive harder for our future guests.

We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.

Sincerely Yours,
The Management

Pictures perfect on the reservation website, but it's like going for a blind date. Once you saw her from far, you wanted to turn around and head back home. Lousy and cramp lobby with too many hotel guests and their luggage all over the place. The hotel seems to serve a particular group of clientele; even the restaurant has a special section for them and the advertisement in the elevators confirms the fact. Shower head in the bathtub was dirty and moldy. The towel was stained; I understand that the price we paid, you got the used towels from other AccorHotel, but come on...when the towel was stained, wouldn't it be time to retire the towel? The wall between the room was thin. The guests next door happened to leave for their international flight super early in the morning; I heard all the bang on the doors and the drag sound on the floor. The hotel is not located near the Skytrain or subway stations. You need to walk a few blocks if you don't mind the sun during the day. I used to stay in the crowd shopping areas and I think next time I will stay in those areas again. This hotel is a bit too far from the action. Anyway, we won't stay here again. Price-wise, you can find a better place. We don't recommend this place. It's deceiving!

We did our last min booking with Jetstar Airline Singapore pakaged last min. So we choose All Seasons Bangkok Siam Hotel 1 week before our trip.

After done with all the payments with Jetstar, we went thru trip advisor to view on the hotel and do some survey. I was not satisfied on the hotel when i read all the reviews and comments that given on trip advisor website.

Surprisingly, our trip was awesome!!! We took train from the Suvarnabhumi Airport and drop Ratchaprarop station. From Ratchaprarop station you only need 10-15 mins walk to the hotel. We was greeted with a friendly staff, but i can't remember his name. He is so pleasant and so helpful to show us our destination.

We was given standard room 708 or 709, the lobby carpet smells odd. The room was small, the tv kinda of out dated. The toilet are clean except there alot of mould and shower head was rusty. Toiletries was given for two. Aircon in tip top condition and we can sleep peacefully with no noise at all. Daily the housekeeping will change the bedsheet and towels. Towels and bedsheet have some stain but not so bad. There is no safer in the room. Wifi need to be paid, the wifi connection not so great either.

Buffet for breakfast is not so great, but hello 3 star hotel comes with breakfast is good enuf! Buffet spread comes with indian dishes as well. There is alot visitors from india who stay in All Seasons Hotel. Its a standard 3 star hotel!!!!! Plus on the second day, we were given a ginger bread man on our bed.

Shopping is so easy, infront of the hotel there is a bustop to bring us to the shopping area. We only paid less then 20 batt for 2 pax. 3 stops and you will reach to baiyoke tower. Tuk tuk and taxi very easy to get at the bus stop itself or you can walk around 20 min to baiyoke tower. Nearby the hotel, there is 7 eleven along the streets. Not forgotten massage salons and restaurants.

Since our flight was at night, we decided to check out as per normal and put out luggage on their luggage room provided. After shopping we went back to the hotel, the bell boy was so responsible as nothing went missing. The bell boy was kind enuf to get us a tuk tuk for 60 batt to the railway station and offered to carry our luggage to the tuk tuk.

If you guys dun wan to spend so much on hotel, I will recomended this hotel. As for me, I prepared myself with my own toiletries and towels. I even bought air-freshener:) If you are looking for a great hotel, there are alot of hotels near pratunam and boiyoke tower area but it will be very noisy because of the heavy traffic.

Lastly, I would like to thank all the staff for being so helpful and friendly as we stayed there. Its such a great pleasure with you guys:)

Room Tip: Choose a room not facing the road and higher floors will be great.

Stayed there for two nights. I was not in the building pictured on their website but in another building. The rooms are small and noisy. There's no safe in the room and no chain lock on the door. The curtains are very thin and let the light from outside in which is annoying when you want to sleep. I did not enjoy my stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

I don't have a lot of positives about this hotel. It's chaotic, dirty and smelled odd. The staff were overwhelmed by guests checking in and therefore weren't really helpful. They also charged 1000 baht deposit to a credit card which was never reversed despite being assured that it had. Our room was tiny and the shower had two temperatures: Arctic and Sahara desert. We complained about several small things but nothing was done about them and we were too afraid to take up the offer of a new room in case it was worse than the one we had. The restaurant is really small so everyone falls over one another and you are stared at through the window by taxi drivers outside trying to offer overpriced rides. Not great. I'd rather pay a bit extra and go to Century Park hotel which is literally 3 mins down the road.
