Rooms are not good, in all sense. Wifi is expensive. Food is horrible. Staff is nice. Location is good. What other people are saying in reviews is true.
Mostly tourists who live here are Indians. Probably becuase is very affordable and is in central location. Breakfast is veyr bad. Indian food doesnt taste indian at all. Other dishes except Thai are equally bad. Only stay here if you just want to live in a room for cheap.

My sisters and I stayed for 2 nights for our shopping trip. At that time the hotel was pretty new. The place was average considering it was cheaper than Novotel. From the outside, the place looks average and the inside is about the same. The room was pretty clean with some modern amenities. The location is OK but you need to take some sort of transport to go to the city central. The free breakfast that we received was average. The staff were friendly but the price reflects the standards (i.e. very average) even their uniforms are so basic. Overall, everything is so basic so nothing to brag about.

Room Tip: Avoid choosing rooms at the top floor as they can get really hot like a sauna. It'd take a while...

took a long time to check in. rooms we stayed were smelly (musty) , when we first checked in but with the air conditioning kicking in, it reduced. even though lots of Indian travelers stay here, the Indian food offered is lousy. no soap in bathroom only shower gel. breakfast is okay nothing great. the only plus point of this hotel is that it is close to the shopping area of Bangkok.

Very basic accommodation, more like a hostel. One can expect that from the low price, however, I expected better housekeeping standards being part of an Accor group. I used the hotel for a brief 8 hrs transit stay to the airport, however, found te room quite stuffy and the hotel having an overall run down look. The staff also were quite scruffy and not well groomed.....this aspect does not require additional cost / price, however, they were pleasant and service oriented. In summary, though I expected basic facility considering the price, was expecting better housekeeping and hygiene standards being an Accor property. Location is also not very impressive, though walking distance to the general market area. Platinum mall is 20 min walk.

Thogh the the hotel is small, like a boutique hotel , it's service is personalised and outstanding . Rooms are basic but super clean everything well organised. Shops , spas, 7-11 all walking distance. We had stayed there 2 years back.

Room Tip: Choose room which overlooks the road . At least you will have a view

The Hotel is situated on the Main Road and is extremely Cramped. The location is quite poor as its a good distance away from attractions.

The Check - in Desk is very congested and the Lobby doesn't really exist. After a prolonged wait like the one in Pattaya we were alloted 3 rooms.

The Rooms were worse than the ones in Pattaya. Dark, Dingy, poorly furnished, Creaking Beds and Stained. The View from the room was non-existent. Bathroom too very ordinary.

The Breakfast spread was average and the shortage of space meant that we had to sit separate.

I am glad we had only a night here. NOT Recommeded. Friends please look elsewhere.
