We enjoyed our stay in Centrepoint Silom back in 2006. We got upgraded room., huge room with 2 queen beds, living room with sofas, tv and karaoke player, kitchenette and dishwasher. it was on 20th floor, has a balcony and good view towards Chao praya river. It was magnicifent view at sunset.
The location is good, just walking distance to MRT station and just below the apartment you got supermarket where you can buy groceries and cook by yourself. We had no complains from staffs, as we just arrange things for ourselves except making up the room. I would come here again if I have the chance to visit Bangkok again..

Room Tip: choose the heights on 20th floor with balcony, the view is magnificent

We stayed here from august 1st- august 5th. We had booked a deluxe room, wich should be better than a regular superior room. Im pretty sure we got a superior room from the pictures I have seen on hotels.com.. Also we had pre- ordered breakfast, but where not able to go for two days due to sickness. I went down to breakfast area to ask if I could bring food upstairs. I was not allowed due to hotel policy.. Location is good. Robinson store is closed. Overall just ok stay so far..

Dear Saderi,

Thank you very much for your kind comment. Kindly be informed that our Superior room is the same layout and decoration compaired to our Deluxe room, only Superior room is facing City view instead of River view as in Deluxe room. As I have checked and rechecked we would not downgraded our guests without an advance notice nor a conpensation.

Our breakfast is served as buffet basis. Please order a breakfast box if you would like to have a take away breakfast.

Please do not hesitate to contact me directly if you would like to have more information about this.

My partner and I stayed here for five nights at the end of July, This is our second time here we stayed last year. We had a one bedroom river view which was excellent very large bedroom lounge dinning room and kitchen with everything. Our view of the river was great a corner room on the nineteenth floor. The washing machine dryer was good to have too. Close to river transport and train which are very cheap. Buffet breakfast was fantastic lots of choices Western, Asian and Indian food. Staff are very friendly and go out of there way to help with any needs. From the 1st August Robinsons and the supermarket downstairs in the same building will be closed for four months due to refurnishing. There is a great large pool to have a dip after a long day out. Will be back again soon. Thank you everyone at Centre Point Silom.

We stayed 4 nights and returned on 28 July. The hotel location is about 3-minute walk to BTS Saphin Taksin. It is also convenient to Central Pier to take free shuttle boat to Asiatique. It took us around 75 Bahts from Asiatique by metre-taxi after hours of walk.
The room is spacious, clean which has a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave. I also agree that the water pressure in shower is a bit low. Free Wifi is provided in the room.
The buffet breakfast had many good Asian and Western choices making a good start for a day.
The security guards are helpful. They approached you immediately to help carrying luggages whenever they saw you at the lobby. The secured hotel key card monitors the lift to ground floor, restaurant level and your room level.
The hotel has a door leading directly into the Robinson Department Store and its basement supermarket. There are also KFC, McDonalds and a few other eateries. However, the department store will be closed for renovation starting from 1 Aug.

I stayed here with my wife in mid July and the rooms were great, modern and clean. Service from the front dest was always good if something was needed. The location is easy access to BTS and close to Paragon. Room had a kitchen with full refridgerator, stove and microwave.....even included dishes, pots and pans with utensils. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would consider staying here again when visiting Bangkok in the future.

The river view is mostly blocked by other buildings by the river. Traffic is really bad in this area but being close to a BTS station helps a lot. Local market situated next to the hotel has lots of great food. Robinson Department Store in the same building makes staying her so convenient. The door bell is way too loud. The door needs to be slammed hard to close it from the outside, so imagine what it's like in the morning.

Our stay was great. The room was VERY well decorated, clean, and spacious. Great kitchen area also. The A/C worked wonderfully! Room was much more than expected based on the pictures from the website. The buffet breakfast had many good Asian and western choices...easy stop before heading out for the day. The pool area was immaculate with a great view of the city. Location is convenient to the BTS rail station and river taxis. Getting around is easy with tuk-tuks everywhere...negotiate your price before you get on. The staff was very gracious and helpful. The security guards saluted everytime you passed by them. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
P.S. Go around the corner and eat at "The Queen of Curry" (TripAdvisor ranked)!
