This is a wonderful little botique hotel located not far from the palace. There are only a handful of rooms and each is individually done and furnished with old wood and traditional furniture. The bathroom was located at the rear, though still private, and featured an outdoor shower. Very cool. The breakfast the following morning was a delight of fresh fruit and coffee, though there was plenty more on offer.
The hotel does offer free wi-f, but for business this may not be the most ideal place to stay in the city. It's not terribly well connected by public transport and is a bit out of the way. The writing desk in the room was tiny and the lights were a bit dim. But if you're a tourist, then this is a slice of Bangkok that has always entirely disappeared and is much recommended.More
