We stay 3 nights in the suites we book by booking. Chech in was ok util we got to our room, we opened the door and a terrible smell of cigaretts came out, we asked for non smoking rooms, we waited two hours to change rooms, and the send us to the other tower( there are2). After this, internet is payable so we paid extra (and expensive) for this service, probleme is that got disconeted often and they didn t know how to solve the problem, so if you need internet for workikg i do not recomend this hotel. Alter that i had problems with their laundry service in the 33 flour, once more they didn t know how to manage the problem and even got noy polite. So i have not a good memory of the hotel neither of the personal treatments. If fou like to visit "old bangkok" you should get and hotel in ko sand road or even in thewet, because you are far away and taxis wont take you in rush hours, and if they do you have for two hours in the traffic jam.

Stayed with family in a two bed apartment for five days after booking direct. Apartment was nice and well equiped, and housekeeping staff willing to help. Has a pool on 33 floor with spectacular view. Has small kids play area and kids pool. Though a complimentary tuk tuk shuttle to bts stations was available it was booked most of the time. Found it more economical and easier to take a cab direct to destination instead of skytrain when travelling with kids pram etc. The front office staff were not very knowledgeable on good restaurants in bangkok and other attractions. Last time I stayed at a fraser place apartment was in singapore and my bangkok experience is also good. Would definitely stay again.

Fairly diappointed with my experience at this appartment.

First of all it was not as clean as you would expect. A couple of chairs were heavily stained and the net curtain was really dirty at the base. I complained about this and a note of it was made but nothing done.
They also charged for wifi which was only good for 2 machines at a time. I pointed out to reception that this was not sensible these days especially for a 2 room suite where we have 4 iPhones.
Breakfast was average at best and you couldn't get a drink (all we wanted was water) after 11pm. In the bedrooms the aircon is blown straight into your face as you sleep. This is fairly uncomfortable and you end up with a trade-off between cooling the room or the airflow in the face.

We also booked an airport transfer which cost 1883 Baht each way. We talked with local drivers and they were willing to do the same journey for 500-600 Baht. The vehicle we were taken in was fairly average too.

The final issue we had was the local map provided. It stated the local attractions, etc. We decided one night to find a night market and after walking for half an hour without finding it we asked a local and were told the market had moved. When i highlighted this to reception they told me the same thing with a smile. How many others waste their time in the same way.

We won't be back to any Fraser properties!

The Fraser Place Langsuan is a really good serviced apartment in Bangkok. We stayed in the Two bedroom Suites which is larger than my flat in Hong Kong!
We pick it because we have 3 friends and would like to have a bigger room. It's good that the Two bedroom Suites with the Master Bedroom (King bed) including the bathroom and the guest room (Queen bed), each room with the LCD TV which you no need to go to the living room till late. There also with the living area, dinning table and the open kitchen, we can gather at night and we finally get use of the kitchen to having the Thai Noodle on the night before we leave. Besides the living are, there is a small balcony. No special view, just buildings and serviced apartments around.
The apartment provide breakfast at their restaurant, everything just simple, no surprise and we give up one day and go to the Food Court @ Siam Paragon which is brilliant and just 5mins away by taxi.
Service is fine, internet access fees apply, a convenient shop and cafe nearby, just 7mins walk to the BTS.
And I really enjoyed the stay in Fraser and will try their apartments around the world!

We had booked a Studio Apt and was spacious enough for the both of us.

Room is great, with a couch and small round table and a kitchenette along with a balcony. Laundry facitilies are available, washing costs 90 baht, didn't use the dryer as room has a clothes line available outside on the balcony. However, you have to supply your own laundry powder, hotel does not supply.

Room service is reasonable for the price and the breakfast in the morning was reasonable. Staff are very friendly and will assistant in any way they can.
Pool is located on the top floor and has several sun deck chairs.

This hotel is located about 40 mins walk away from MBK and 35 mins walk away from Siam Centre. The metro train is 1 zone away and is only 15 baht, very convenient for carrying all the shopping bags back to the hotel.

Loved it and will be back

This hotel seemed a little worn out compared to the Sukhumvit location I stayed in last time.

Not a bad choice if you need to stay in the area. The room was large and clean. Not a bad experience or value.

The room had a little kitchen area with a sink, microwave and a large fridge. My bed was comfortable and the flat screen TV had a good picture and selection of English channels.

I had a small dining table, a not too comfy couch, and a decent balcony.

There was no clothes washer/dryer in this room (which I found to be useful in Sukhumvitt).

The staff was efficient and friendly.

When I first moved to Bangkok, I stayed at the Column Residence in Sukhumvit Soi 16. That place was horrible (the oldest profession in the world was being frequently practised nextdoor). So left after two weeks after having looked at a few possible places. Chose FraserPlace because it looked fresh and relatively modern. In short I had a great year there. The staff were really friendly and the room always cleaned well (contrary to what I read from some other guests). Yes, the TV is not of the greatest standard, but I hope that most travellers will go outside to experience the wonderful restaurants, culture, shopping and spas that Bangkok has to offer! The business facilities are also great (I lived there with a couple of colleagues and we sometimes used the inexpensive business facilities to work from the hotel during thai public holidays). The location of the hotel is great, close to many restaurants, spas and shopping centres. Great restaurant for people who want an easy transition to Thai food is Nara (Amarin Plaza) and go across the street for the world's best foot massage (Niladaa or something like that). All in all a place which offers very good value for money.
The best feature: The bed is really great and I loved the pillows...I even asked someone from the staff to ask if I could buy a similar bed and bring it back with me to Europe.
Now, if you are a traveller that likes to have all the facilities within the hotel then this might not be for you: The restaurant (and thus the room service) is absolutely below standard...They should cancel the contract with the current restaurant chain (Amontre) and get someone else to provide the food and beverage...But don't let it put you off this hotel, because there are plenty of nice places a stone's throw away!
Tip: Don't use the hotel's spa, much better places within 50m: For footmassage there is no better place on earth than Niladaa and for a thai massage or aromatherapy massage the spa next door is great (walk towards Languan and turn left. After about 20-30m go left when you see a sign @Langsuan, that is the new, modern and clean spa where you will get a great massage for less than you will pay at the hotel! Owned by a young and friendly couple that speak English).

Room Tip: all rooms are ok I think
