“Close to nowhere”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 25, 2012

The hotel is in an isolated corner of Bangkok, contrary to claims on their website. Taxi drivers have never heard of it and very few people can identify the location despite showing the hotel card which contains the name, directions and map in English and Thai languages. Even two blocks away, people cannot guide you back to the hotel.

The breakfast is below average and the there is hardly any choice. Even an omelet is not available. For fresh fruit, they have just guavas and pineapple. The dinner was even worse. Only Indians visit the hotel, snared by low rates offered by tour operators. Otherwise, no one would think of visiting such a God-forsaken out of the way place.

On the positive side, the room was comfortable and spacious. The management has thoughtfully placed a family sized refrigerator and even a microwave. Sufficient storage space with a writing table is also provided. However, regrettably, there are no coffee-making facilities in the room. At least a small kettle can be provided which would not cost much. The counter staff are polite but those in the restaurant need to be more considerate.

The hotel cannot improve its location but it can make life for its guests better by providing more facilities and better food.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in Jul 2012. No complaints. Have given excellent! rating for its cleanliness, house keeping and the staff. Of course very far from the main attractions in the city, but can always take a taxi to go round. If you arrived there through a tour agent, breakfast is complementary. Lunch and dinner is expensive, ~200 bht for buffet. There is 7/11 super market store close by. Also, there is no free wi-fi, got to pay ~60 bht per hour.

I stayed in this hotel in Bangkok as a part of package for Thailand in January 12 and I find this place good for stay and without any problem as such.
Positives:
1. Value for money cos the overall package tour was not very costly for me.
2. Good staff: They let us use their common area near reception and common restrooms for couple of hours since we were ahead of check in time.
3. Good breakfast buffet spread.
Negatives:
1. Away from main city or market areas and you really need to remember some other landmark near hotel to come back from city cos hotel is not so well known.
But apart from that overall a good value for money hotel in Bangkok.

Very far from the town, the staff are not friendly at all...specially the Front Office and the Food & Beverage department. Let me give you some examples here... the Front Office takes a message without taking the name of the caller as well as the time. If you ask them something from the room, they will bang the phone on you. The F&B department will not leave tea kettles in the room, they need the tea or coffee to be poured in the cups and will leave, no matter when you would like to have it. The buffet breakfast if over, the chef will serve rice for breakfast stating this is all the hotel has.Very unprofessional people, think twice prior to doing a booking or else you may aslo come across the same scenario.

Room Tip: Rooms are quit good, a bit old fashioned with the huge box kind of television and Air Conditioning...

We had been to this Hotel and stayed for 3 days. Good Breakfast menu, but Wi-fi was vey very slow. The room has Tea Mugs, Water, Jar BUT the Tea bags are on chargable basis. This sounded very funny. Poor A/c. The Bathroom tap leak made the entire floor wet and there was no drain hole for the water to escape. Overall only so, so. But lot of Indian groups were put up here.

A very decent place to stay at Bangkok for Indian tourists. Indian food at breakfast and dinner was above expectations in a place like Thailand. If the purpose is for bunking up for a night or two this is an ideal place to be.
