The hotel is in an isolated corner of Bangkok, contrary to claims on their website. Taxi drivers have never heard of it and very few people can identify the location despite showing the hotel card which contains the name, directions and map in English and Thai languages. Even two blocks away, people cannot guide you back to the hotel.
The breakfast is below average and the there is hardly any choice. Even an omelet is not available. For fresh fruit, they have just guavas and pineapple. The dinner was even worse. Only Indians visit the hotel, snared by low rates offered by tour operators. Otherwise, no one would think of visiting such a God-forsaken out of the way place.
On the positive side, the room was comfortable and spacious. The management has thoughtfully placed a family sized refrigerator and even a microwave. Sufficient storage space with a writing table is also provided. However, regrettably, there are no coffee-making facilities in the room. At least a small kettle can be provided which would not cost much. The counter staff are polite but those in the restaurant need to be more considerate.
The hotel cannot improve its location but it can make life for its guests better by providing more facilities and better food.More
