We stayed here for three nights whilst touring Thailand and were pleasantly surprised. These are serviced apartments, they are fully equipped and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for our itinerary and the staff were extremely helpful. If you arrive early there is a lovely lounge upstairs serving complimentary snacks and drinks with views over the city. Breakfast is plentiful and is served in the restaurant on the ground floor where you can also book a table for an evening meal.
We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone.

The good part:

Great location, fabulous lounge accesaable all day long for pleasantatries, very good pool at the terrace, very neat and clean well maintained rooms. Breakfast is decent, just about okay with a small spread.

The disappointing part:

Too much traffic noise from the roads as the windows are not sound proof, the 2 bedroom apartments are small in size compared to other apartments available at the price in Bangkok in fact the size mentioned on the website looks doubtful, the staff do not smile at all but do their jobs well specially at the breakfast place which is actually a small restaurant during the rest of the day and it gets crowded for breakfast with a waiting time for your table.

The deluxe smoking room came with a buffet lunch. For non smoking rooms you have to pay a surcharge. The room is much smaller than the photos on their website but there again the photos were for apartments. There were no photos for deluxe room. Hence we were disappointed to see a much smaller room, enough to fit a double bed and a side table with chair. It's modern but nothing else worth mentioning. We booked 3 nights but were disappointed to be allocated a room at the lift lobby. We can hear the phone ringing for housekeeping everytime someone requests for housekeeping. The breakfast has limited variety - Japanese food and continental with fruits and usual juices. Nothing fancy. However, I gathered the higher price for this hotel is for its location which is 15 mins walk from Chitlom BTS (uneven ground so if you are dragging your luggage down the path be prepared). Starbucks and convenience shops nearby.

Dear MustardSeed88,

Thank you for writing to us about your recent stay at Cape House Bangkok. Please allow me to clarify certain points. When guests book via our website for 3 consecutive nights we offer a free Buffet Lunch for 2. The Deluxe Studio Rooms are 25 sq.m as shown on our website where we also mention that they are located on Floors 17 – 20 which are the smoking floors. We agree that being close to the lift may not suit everyone. However, our Reservation staff contacted you to inform you of those facts and to offer you different accommodation for a slight surcharge but you replied that you would be satisfied with the Deluxe Studio Room. We sincerely apologise for any misunderstanding. I must, however, defend our renowned Buffet Breakfast which accommodates a wide range of tastes with an egg station and a range of traditional Thai and European hot dishes, French-style pâtisseries, German-style cheeses as well as salad dishes and some Japanese specialities for our regular Japanese guests. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations and we wish you many satisfactory hotel experiences in the future.

What an amazing find !! I spend 50/60 days in Bangkok every year and have stayed at dozens of hotels but this was a super new discovery for me .. the suites were superb clean compact yet spacious with all the amenities one requires .. the staff were super friendly the food spectacular room service was sensational and on top of it ridiculously cheap !!! Location perfect minutes from everything . Have a feeling this is going to be my home away from home in the future !!
