The service was good, the rooms were clean and roomy, the location is convenient and but kind of hidden, the restaurants were kool, the gym was okay. The one bedroom was nice. The direct location was tricky.

Although the location of the hotel is a bit far (I take Grab bike from MRT Sam Yan station), the environment, facilities and room is great. You can get a VIP benefit even you are just hotelscom's silver member. You will get a free room upgrade, free shopping bag, free delayed check-out benefits and discounts for room service.

While the entry through narrow lanes may have been a bit disconcerting, the first look was enough to convince us about the hotel. It's a brand new structure with multiple wings and few rooms on each floor. Reception is efficient with many understanding English. No bell boys etc so luggage is self service. Corridors, stairs, lift lobbies are on the smaller side. Rooms are wonderfully large. My guess is about 25-30 sq m. Everything in the room works perfectly. Very small balcony. Bed is huge. TV has some English content. Linen is crisp and clean. Breakfast limited and almost all western. Rooftop jacuzzi in each tower is a nice touch. Swimming pool is very narrow but VERY LONG. Almost good for serious athletes.

Room tip: Look for pool facing, larger balconies. rooftop had a "private penthouse". Don't know if that's available for booking.

Its difficult to find but apart from this its close to everything...they even have a free shuttle to a few places on the hour, breakfast is buffet and has something for everyone. The best thing is the staff, the Italian guy behind reception and the lady who sold the tours, they were knowledgable, kind, and helpful.

Room tip: Everything is there including an electric kettle and coffee and tea.
