It was a great day spent at safari world, and very exciting for me because it was for the first time that I had been to such a place, all the shows were great, we booked through a tour operator in Pratunam and paid 850 baht/person which included everything i.e. safari world, marine world, hotel transfers and lunch. All attractions in Thailand can be booked for almost 25-30% less than the official price without any worry, you just have to look around.

“Must See!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 21, 2013

We really enjoyed our time at Safari World in Bangkok. We saw the Orangutan show, Sea Lion Show, Elephant Show, and Dolfin show. The seating for the shows is ample and the timings allow visitors to take in maxium entertainment. The park provides ample photo opportunities. Several animal feeding centers are available. The safari drive through was great. The washrooms were clean and well maitained/staffed.

We are 2 person take a day trip tour from hotel2thailand.com , it cost 1932bth ~ 65 usd/for 2, included tranfer and buffet lunch. That was a great tour.Everything is ok, the buffet food is good: have indian food , thai food , vegertarian food.the new progam from the safari is sailing the river by boat, it cost a extra money :300 bth/1 person, not included in the show.if you want to have a good price, contact to your tour guide, we got the ticket with 280 bth/1 person from our guide. This was a lovely and kindly man, whom named tiger. Safari is place you must go when visit bkk

“not excellenct,but shows are good”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 17, 2013

its around 40 minutes drive from Bangkok. you have to reach early if u want to see orangutan show as it starts early. We watched sea lion, dolphin and cowboy show! Dolphin and sea lions shows were very entertaining, it seems better than sentosa, singapore. However, the main problem with all the shows that anchor/narrator speaks only Thai language! It would be better if there was commentary in English as well. And the sound system was not up to standard. We didn’t get time to visit the zoo. if you are not indian, then its better to take food from outside. because any of the three restaurants doesn’t serve good food. However there are fruit stall from where u can buy some snacks or fruits. Those are delicious! If are travelling with young children its better to take food with you as the restaurants only offer Indian foods and those r oily and spicy.

“DISCUSTING. CRUELTY & ABUSE IS NOT ENTERTAINING”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 16, 2013

Please dont visit this horrible cruel prison for animals as you will be supporting herrendous torture. It is discusting how animals are treated here, the shows are shocking. Orangutan boxing are you serious- what kind of sick humans would enjoy this cruelty? Human boxers choose to participate at the sport but these poor Orangutans are forced to do these unnatural, sick shows. and the Elephant show was equally disturbing. I agree with punishing humans for their crimes, but not punishing animals for no crime at all. I feel so sad for all the beautiful animals in safari worlds care. When will they learn to respect and be compassionate to these poor, innocent animals.
