I have been here a few times but always discovering new things. The place is very big and half a day is not enough to cover all the stalls. Some stalls are selling repetition items but majority are unique and cilorful, its like you can really find most items here.
Dont leave the place without trying the coconut ice cream.

Been to Bangkok a couple of times now but have to always find time to visit this market I love it so much.
Make sure you have plenty of time because it is huge and so much to see and buy and eat and drink.
Last week I came away with oils, incense, soaps, toiletry bags, 3 pairs of shoes scarves and more it is just the best place to shop - cannot wait for our next trip gonna make sure I take a bigger bag to put my purchases in

A must visit when in Bangkok for people watching and lots of street food and huge variety of items to buy. Be prepared for the heat though.

The coconut ice cream is a must try too at 50 bahts.

This market is good for weekend activities. However there are no detail guidance or clear intrucstion for foreigners. Tourist must bargain cause we have found somethings much more expensive than outside. Some stores give the double prices.

I’m not a fan of crowds or shopping, but this market is incredible if you are happy to take it slow and enjoy the spectacle of people watching. You can pretty much buy anything you would ever need here. A lot of people bring huge bags on wheels (which are a pain in the butt for everybody to navigate through the tiny alley ways, but great if you plan on buying so much you can’t carry it. I recommend going early to avoid crowds and the heat of mid afternoon - once the market fills up it becomes a heat trap and toilets aren’t in abundance which makes drinking enough water hard. Take a lot of cash, and keep it close. I’ve never had an issue at this market but there are signs up warning of pick pockets

The place was huge that I need to go there next year. Clothes, foods, handicraft, everything was offered at an affordable price. You might as well wanna buy everything that you like or you might not get the same price from another place.

If you are in Bangkok on the weekend, this market is a must do. Although maps are plentiful, I recommend wandering around and enjoying the atmosphere and sheer variety of selection - vintage clothing, jewelry, food, tea, spices, candles, leather goods, sandals, tshirts, souvenirs, greeting cards, wrapping paper, art, wood carvings and so on. It gets really hot but is SO worth it.

Visited this market after reading lots of reviews about it being the place to go to. However I was quite disappointed in it. Market was very big but not as cheap as others like Pratunam. Not as much variety as other night markets and the same stuff repeated in many different stalls. Stall holders aren’t wanting to haggle either.
Mango and sticky rice stall and garlic bread stall were the highlight for me.

Walk and shop and eat till you drop a must go to place in bangkok. Price of things sold are very reasonable and affordable. The place is so large that you must at least allocate half a day there.
