Owner description: This is one of the most popular shopping art complex that locate right at the HEART of Bangkok. Highly recognise as Art Shopping and a place to Shopping, recommended items are such as clothing by Thai Fashion Designer, shoes, handbags, Unique fashion accessories, jewelry and Thai souvenirs. Siam Center started operations in 1973 as Thailand's first shopping center of international standards. It marked the birth of Bangkok's booming retail business and has maintained its position as the city's fashion trendsetter up until today. After a major renovation, Siam Center reopened at the beginning of 2013 with a revolutionary retail development concept of "Ideaopolis". The shopping center serves as an arena of limitless imagination and creativity where art, fashion, technology and lifestyle converge. It aims to place Bangkok among the ranks of the world's top retail environments. Siam Center has also changed the face of Thailand's retail business with its unique "Absolute Siam" concept. For the first time in retail history, brand owners and retailers have joined forces to create new store designs for the shopping center that are distinct from any other branch. Moreover, 20% of the stores' offerings are unique to and only available at Siam Center. This is to create "the Most Powerful Retail Phenomenon", an unexpected and inspiring one-of-a-kind shopping experience for both Thai and foreign visitors.

We loved the Siam Discovery Center. It had a good mix of quality homeware, gadget, design, clothing, beauty and food; all in a wonderful airconditioned, clean and classy bundle!

This must be the place where Bangkok's hipsters shop! Beautiful shops with unique decor are filled with unusual designs - a great place to look around even if you're not buying.

This recently renovated mall caters to the younger crowd. They recently renovated this place and I love what they have done to this place. The shops are great and designed into innovative spaces. The Food Republic on the 7th level has got an excellent selection of cuisines. I love the look.

We recently visited this centre. Lots of local Thai brands. Shops are very well decorated and all the stuff is very cool. I did find the centre bit over priced though. My husband loved it and it's very good for people interested in artistic prints etc.You won't find much of bargains here but the shops o have good clothes, food, different items etc. accessible and not top busy. Good place to visit.

We went there to do some shopping. We find the food court an excellent option for try different dishes. I really like that the kitchen area use a food court card in order to charge you for the food instead of handling cash. Really nice to eat in front of the aquariums! If you do not finish the money in your card you will get it back as soon as you give it back. Nice and efficient system. There are other restaurants and cafeterias as well. Many options! We are in the food court twice. I recommend to try the duck dishes.
