Nice location, close to Chit Lom BTS station. A lot of shopping mall around : Central World, Platinum, still walking distance to Siam Paragon as well.
Bit hard to find the location, even my Thailand friend need to call the hotel to know the location. A lot of massage around.
The service was quite OK, understand English better.
But I don't really like the room. Bit moldy, old interior and furniture. The bed is not comfortable (hard), the bathroom also not comfortable.
I think they need to change the TV (still old cube TV), does it takes too much to buy LED television??
Last, the breakfast was OK and good service.

Just arrived from Bkk. Stayed at this inn for 2 nights. Loved its location as soon as we found it. It is just behind Arnoma Hotel which is across Central World, and the Oh. Oh, Platinum Malls where you can find almost all you want to buy under 2 roofs. The BTS Chidlom station is also a 5 min walk from this inn. Plenty of street foods to eat at very cheap price. Will definitely recommend this to friends. Btw, the price includes free breakfast which is also very satisfactory.

Location between Siam area and Pratunam, but more near to pratunam which is place to huge budget shopping. Can reach just by walk to those area.
If you walk to BTS Chidlom, it took more effort than to pratunam (about 10-15 minutes walk)
Bed, ac, hot water are comfort and works well. But room little bit spooky (maybe because the light not too bright and the curtain dark)
Breakfast very limited but the fried rice delicious.
There's no shower for closet and the shower at bathtub cannot be removed.
Overall with the cheap price this hotel very worth.

If you're going to Bangkok and want a cheap stay at one of the best shopping destricts. This hotel is the one.

The closest BTS station is Chidlom station and just within a few minutes walk, you can get to the popular CentralWorld, Platinum Mall or even further down, the Siam Paragon.

The streets near the hotel have a variety of local food at night or you could cross the bridge to try the famous Thai chicken rice or other stalls there

Breakfast wise, there was a change of variety over 4 days stayed there. Food quality is quite acceptable but tea/coffee was horrible. Be careful of the room service and keep your things properly because we had a soap and an empty container intended to be kept thrown away. Overall, the other downsides is the hotel could look abit rundown and dark + there is no warm water in the room, you have to call for it everytime you want it. Although i have to add, the warm water does come fast.

If you're someone who plans to spend the whole day out and about and only get back to the hotel to sleep. Then this hotel in its location is something i would really recommend.

Room Tip: try to choose higher floors if you can get it.

Good:
-Nice staff at the reception.
-Able to walk 5 minutes to the nearest shopping centre.
-Basic room, which was better than what I had imagined.

Bad:
-I'm not accusing that the terrible location of this Inn is next to a red-light district,
but I can guarantee you that while I was looking out from my room,
I observed the presence of burly men, acting suspicious, in broad daylight.
If that was happening in the day, I dare not look out of my window at night...

-I cannot believe that this lodging, is still operating, based on mediocre accommodation standards.

Stayed in this hotel twice - first time in Jan 2010 and second time in June 2013. This is a well located hotel with very affordable rate (ard 1000B per night). Hotel is within walking location to Platinum Fashion Mall, Central World, Big C and Chit Lom BTS station.

There’re a few currency exchanges (superrich thailand, superrich 1965 and grand superrich) behind the hotel. For travellers checking into the hotel in the evening e.g. 8pm, there's a small thai restaurant next to the hotel for a quick dinner (400B for 3 dishes, rice + 2 drinks). There’re also a few Thailand massage outlets around the hotel.

The facilities in the hotel is clean but wore out (minor peeling paint on the wall and door, water stain around air-con outlet, inconsistent water pressure for the showerhead). There is no hairdryer provided and they are still using 19” CRT television. Given the rate and location, these details can be forgiven. Bathroom toiletry (Shampoo, soap, toilet paper, hand and bath towels) are provided.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and they speak decent English. There’s also a lady near the entrance during the weekday that can help arrange transfer to airport (1 way is about 400B via taxi), group tour to dream land etc… There’s 24hr security at the entrance too.

Breakfast provided is decent with alternating menu items such as chicken/pork hot dog, fried & scrambled egg, fried rice & noodle, porridge, toast, Chinese soup, cut fruits, coffee & tea and juice.

On the overall, this is a good hotel given that most travellers would be only be spending 30% of the day out on tour and shopping. It provides the basics for a good night rest and recharge.

Room Tip: Opt for Standard room and request for high floor (Lv 7 or 8) when you check in. Standard and Deluxe...

It is a very well located Hotel. Immediate front view may not be very good but it is only a few minutes away from Siam Square.
Rooms are okay but toilet is a bit well styled. We opted for deluxe rooms which include breakfast and dinner.
Our overall stay was quite enjoyable.

Room Tip: Deluxe rooms in upper floors
