L'hotel e' molto vicino al centro, 5 minuti a piedi da Khao san Road.
E' molto pulito e silenzioso.
La colazione e' molto abbondante, sia con cibo locale che continentale.
Il servizio di organizzazione di tour e attrazioni e' molto costoso, io ho evitato di organizzarle li ed ho preferito farlo tramite altre strutture alberghiere li vicino piu' economiche
Anche il servizio navetta per l'aeroporto ha un costo fisso (500 bath) ma poi vieni accompagnato stranamente da un normale taxi in aeroporto.

Hotel is very close to the midtown and 5 minutes by walk to Khao san Road.
It is very clean, and there is a lot of silence, no problem of noise.
Breakfast is good with local food and continental plates too.
The tour service organization is very expensive, and I avoid to organize some visit with it. I preferred to join visits with a cheaper tour operator of another hotel.
The pickup service for the airport also is very strange and annoying. You will pay a fixed price (500 bath) but they will provide to you a normal taxi.

This hotel is terrible the hallways smell the bedding was dirty had to call someone to get it changed the walls were all old and had a terrible look the ratings threw me off but doing a little more research all the good ratings they have are from 2014 I’m assuming that’s when the hotel was much newer but now it’s not good we payed 20 bucks extra for a rollaway bed which was beyond bad it was like sleeping on a wood board overall bad place to stay there are much better hotel in the neighborhood for this price which are much nicer and would never come back or recommend this hotel

I stayed in the chillax resort with my mom and dad. We also stayed the year before with my older brother too, this resort is a really good resort all the staff we saw was really pleasant and all together this was a great hotel! I would come back here again there is also lovely views too, the only bad thing about this hotel was the balcony was really dirty and there’s birds that go there witch isn’t a problem as you can’t really here them that well. Apart from that the hotel is good, the WiFi can sometimes be slow but most of the time it’s good. When you walked into reception it was really cool what is what you want if it’s very hot and humid outside. We had breakfast there too witch was extremely nice. I rate this hotel and my stay at this resort
