I first visited the Museum of Floral Culture when it wasn't fully opened to the public yet but that night, I attended a cocktail reception hosted by a European embassy in Bangkok. It was a delight to see a beautiful Thai traditional house with a huge garden full of flowers and plants - indeed a feast for your tired eyes.
The second time that I visited it, I was amazed at how the interior of the house was transformed into a floral museum, detailing the history of Thai floral culture.
I learned from the owner that apart from learning the history of Thai floral culture, interested persons can also learn how to do floral arrangements for an affordable fee.
Your eyes will not only feast on the beautiful flower creations but your stomach will also be satisfied with a variety of Asian snacks as well as fruit and herbal teas as they have a coffee/tea corner.
