This place is in a side street off Soi 21, Sukhumvit, close to Asok. Best to sit downstairs where you are relieved to find holes in the floor under the table to stick you legs in rather than sit cross legged. A second guest bumped the bill up a bit, to 2,755 baht, but the food is fairly priced. We wound up with 3 helpings of Shirauo Kira-age, which were like little tempura battered whitebait, plus stuffed mushrooms, saba (mackerel), Yasai Tempura vegetables, salmon sashimi and I can tell you that two glasses of Sochu on the rocks gets you drunk. We were looed after by Jum and Dang. Arrived at 11.00pm, left at 00.38.
