“Yummy Brunch.”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

it is the place to enjoy a very nice Indian brunch inclusive of all kinds of chats and dosas and drinks and a very large spread of food .
The quality is good and staff is attentive.
The best thing about the brunch is its value for money . It is priced very sensibly.
Overeating is guaranteed.
Most of the time, the hotel has a gazal singer for evenings and if you enjoy your drink with background live music, then this is your place.
On value for money, it is only the Brunch which is worth, otherwise, the prices on the menu are exorbitant and best avoidable. Bangkok is flooded with Indian food and at very competitive prices. So, better use your dollars for shopping and sight seeing, then throwing away for same food at 10 times higher price.

“No bhindi”
Reviewed April 6, 2013

Pity they forgot to deliver the ordered bhindi dish.
Raan was a little salty and better to order full portion which comes on the bone rather than half which ic cut on the plate ready.

“good food, music too loud”
Reviewed February 6, 2013

This restaurant features a kitchen where you can see the chefs prepare your meal, especially the delicious tandoori chicken and the naan. But also the dahl and the mattar paneer are excellent. Service is good, though a bit on the slow side.

The reason for the average rating is that the restaurant manager is rather unfriendy, but especially that the music group plays too loudly, and makes a normal conversation nearly impossible. We had complained about this in previous years, but it actually got worse. It seems that these musicians attract groups of Indian tourists, and it is ovious that the manager has made her choice whom she prefers.

“nice indian food and music”
Reviewed January 4, 2013

It is true, you can have a good ,cheap indian meal in bangkok....but the location and atmosphere would be different...This restaurant has a real tandoori oven. The food is authentic and very good especially the tandoori breads ,the lamb seek -kebabs, and currys are delicious. .All this you can enjoy by a live indian band after 8 pm.The wine is good and not very expensive...
We love this place :the food and live music !!!
