The decoration is like you are in Japan. The service was nice. The onsen was good and authentic which has soda bath, steam room, sauna, cold bath, spa bath, also hot siring bath and both indoor and outdoor. Great place to relax.

My experienced with Yunomori Onsen was quite disappointed. The price that we had paid for is not worth. The concept is similar to Healthland, I think Healthland would be better. We have selected Aroma Oil massage, the oil is too much that you feel very uncomfortable instead of relaxing and enjoying the massage.
Before the massage, you will be given a form to fill to state the areas to be focused, unfortunately the massage staff does not really understand and they do not focused where it should be.
Overall, it is not worth which my husband and I had. Good experience though.

...apart from the 1,000s of plastic cups I am currently watching going straight from the water dispenser to the trash bin. We are all here to replenish, rehydrate, detox, etc, and hydrating is a huge part of this, and I feel like not having water because I would use another plastic cup that will end up in our oceans! And avoiding water in a place where you have been sitting in half-boiling water for an hour is a health risk. Especially since I felt dizzy after one pool.
I hope they take my advice and buy reusable cups- we are all worried about our environment and now it’s 2019 and these disposable plastics should be banned and will be.

We have a variety of baths ranging from the warmest Soda Bath to the hottest Mineral Bath and Cold Bath as well. It is highly recommended to sit in 3-10 minutes each pool, depending on health condition.

2 years ago I went to this onsen and spa and overall was a pleasant experience then. I visited them again just in this August, and it shocked me to the extends that I won't return again.
- It is CREAM SCRUB (means putting oil on your body only).
Onsen looks small and crowded which is fine. They charged a high price but service is worse than roadside massage parlor. I would advise people not to choose the body scrub as it is just one pitch of particles to apply for whole body. Yes, they can come up with excuse or reason such as it is scrub cream unlike the usual scrub you receiving from the rest of massage in the whole world. This is the first time I encountered body scrub is like just putting oil all over your body. Then, maybe they should change to "CREAM SCRUB" as in not to confuse people with their special cream.
- Couple room is noisy with the massage staff talking to each other, mocking at something or laughing. Quiet massage room become their chit-chatting room. I thought such situation only happened in small massage parlor. I was pretty shocked that Yunomori Onsen's standard has dropped so much. No music or relaxing sounds you can hear except loud water pump and their staff mocking sounds. Even when they close the door, they slide it with a loud BANG to ensure you are not sleeping I guess.
- Massage service make my arm more painful for 1-2 days after that.
- Costing? How much we are paying for such torture? $3050 baht which is about US$100 per person for such torture. Definitely highly not recommended.
- The only good thing left is the environment looks like you can relax. But once you enter, you will appreciate the surroundings and nothing else.
Advice, book the cheapest package or maybe just try the onsen will do. The others is really a waste of money.

We are, however, very sorry and highly concerned to hear your comments about your overall experience at our spa. We take all comments immensely, very seriously and use them to review and fine tune our operations to ensure we continue to improve the guest experience.
We are very grateful that you have brought this to our attention. And we would like to clarify our “Cream Scrub” You might not feel the texture of our cream, this should be alright because our cream is gentle polishing action gently removes dead cells from the skin’s surface without harming underlying layers and also acts to improve firmness and tone. We actually have a Salt Scrub to be selected which is stronger and feel the texture more.
And we are so sorry to see that you were disturbed in the couple room by noise and no music. Please be assured this situation has been fully investigated to ensure we are consistently learning and improving.
We aim to deliver only the highest standards of care and service and sincerely hope to have the chance of welcoming you back in the future.

Great Onsen experience at the heart of Bangkok. We also got a massage subsequently and for the price you pay, it is worth it. Food was also a good experience and for the vegetarians, the Saba Noodle Salad is a must try (albeit it needs a 60 min preparation time).
