Description: Tapas bars are places to drink, eat, and meet friends before a night out. Osito|Unique Spanish feel complete with classic and progressive food. Influenced by modern European cuisine and techniques, Osito's tapas are perfectly balanced and beautifully plated, with emphasis on fresh, local produce and well balanced dishes. Like a local neighborhood hangout where all are welcome, it's common to see old friends finding each other and new friends constantly being made at Osito, a venue appreciated by locals and welcoming to the newcomer.

I agree with the other reviews posted on this restaurant so far. The food is disappointing. In fact the Reuben Sandwich is nearly inedible. But it is a nice space and service is not bad at all. The portions are huge; it's not as if they are ripping off their customers. They just don't know how to make sandwiches. I only tried one (actually I couldn't finish the thing) so I am willing to see if they are good at other offerings besides sandwiches. The young Thai manager handled my sending back the Reuben gracefully. I still had to pay for it but he didn't freak out or get surly. I suppose he figured that Westerners might have a good idea of what a Reuben Sandwich should taste like. As it is, this place could use some help in a hurry.

we came here the other evening to celebrate a friend's birthday and because we've always loved la monita. however, i haven't been so disappointed by a meal in bangkok in quite some time. the service was uncomfortable - so much attention that we felt smothered. the design of the space is open and comfortable but the food was simply disappointing. there was an obscene amount of mayonnaise on many of the dishes, the salad had too much dressing, the tuna was from a can, and i've had better paella elsewhere in bangkok.

i had very high hopes for this place but they certainly have some work to do in order to for me to return.

First visit at this spanish restaurant. We order just a few tapas and Spanish beer. This place is quite new, just a couple of months. We had spanish beer, was a little bit noisy have all the time the waitress asking for if we want more... one more beer? No thanks. 7 waitress...
Pintxos are a desaster I never ate a huevos rellenos like this. Bravas very spicy and the potato overcooked.Gambas al ajillo, not really a good quality of prawns but well not bad at all. Bread was nice. Extensive list of a la carte I think they need to reduce and make better it´s not necessary have 100 tapas.

They have done a very nice job making a friendly space. The front of house service is very good.
But it took them nearly 20 minutes to make a sandwich the day I was there and it wasn't that busy and there we 3 people in the kitchen.
So if you looking for a quick lunch this doesn't seem the place to go.
Which is a bit of a pity as my sandwich was quiet tasty and the juices they have are fantastic.
Prices seemed fairly reasonable for lunch
