This is the best buffet I ever enjoyed. Went for Sunday brunch.
The quality of the cooking and ingredients is superb and every dish is interesting and tasty, and often unexpected.
Highlights for me were the Foie Gras pate, the beautiful plump and meaty prawns, succulent lobster, a gorgeous salmon baked in sat with a bernaise sauce from heave, the best selection of cheeses anywhere in Asia, and a room full of wonderful deserts - again not just clying and sweet but fresh and tasty.
Not cheap, but absolutely worth it
