You think with the daily churn of tourists stopping over on their way to somewhere else - and mostly arriving in the middle of the night, tired and cranky - that the service would be perfunctory at best. So not the case. The desk staff and shuttle staff were a wonderful first impression of the service oriented culture we heard about (but didn't necessarily expect). The hotel itself is large, immaculate, more upper end than you expect in a western chain near the airport. The restaurant is decent and 24 hour room service is a blessing when you have no idea what time your stomach is on. Rooms are sleek, modern and BIG. No views. Free airport shuttle, and if you use the shuttle to go to the airport, you can connect on the Sky Train into the city without dealing with city traffic. You can get good deals through third party reservation services (like Agoda) if you're willing to prepay, which we were.

The restaurant charges above average prices for ordinary food, but that's to be expected at an airport hotel. The free wi fi was dodgy and aggregating, but the only thing I can find to complain about. A complaint about lack of hot water in the shower was fixed immediately.

Pleasantly surprised with the property for money paid. Checking in was made so much easier with the attendance of Sopha. Arranged late check out to 6pm following day for approx AUD30 (our flight was not departing until 2345hrs - so well worth the money). Experienced the spa/massage wonderful way to commence holiday. The hotel's lounge bar with its light entertainment made for a lovely relaxing time. Free shuttle to airport - runs every half hour and takes approx 20-30 travel time. Airport is a little further than we had envisaged.

Brand new hotel in the middle of a very narrow street, the traffic in Bangkok is crazy at the best of times, but to add to the mayhem, there`s the traffic from the Bumrungrad Hospital which is very close by. The Hotel itself is very nice, brand new. The rooms are very modern and nicely decorated. Breakfast could, should improve, not much to choose from.
We would like to thank Wittaya and Wilson for being very pleasant and helpful. Overall, pleasant stay.

The staff was great and attentive and the hotel is a of modern decor. Rooms are comfortable. We chose this hotel for its close proximity to Bumrungrad Hospital which was directly across the street.
We had some kind of a sewage problem on the 5th floor for about 5 days. Eventhough we suffered with the awful smell day and night, managment coud not offer more than "I'm sorry". Since we did not know how long we would stay another huge inconvienece was that we had to keep renewing our reservation on the internet. We could not just walk up to the front desk and do it there. Every few days they wanted to be paid as well.
