We found Mode Sathorn Hotel on booking.com and our choice was channelled by the rating that was advertised as a 9.3/10. We were so well welcomed by the receptionists. They helped us getting a taxi to South thailand where we had another booking by the beach in Rayong. They also helped us sending a taxi to rayong to pick us up as there were none overthere. The restaurant' s food The Sathorn was very tasty, service was excellent. On our way back to bangkopk we decided to come back to Mode Sathorn and we were also very happy to stay in this hotel. Roof top bar was great and Rice & Chili restaurant were great. If going back to BKK we will definitely stay at Mode Sathorn hotel again! :-)

Room Tip: ask for room 1707 if you like the yellow/red room advertised on pictures, very cosy we loved it!

We only stayed one night between traveling but it was perfect. The location was great. Directly on a sky train line, walking distance to the ferry and easy to get on the highway to the airport. The building itself is purple which makes it easy to find too.

Our room was very modern. We had a glass bathroom which isn't the best for privacy, but with my husband it was fine. The deep bathtub and separate shower overlooking the city was also cool. The bed was also really comfy and a little in the firm side, which I like.

The staff were so sweet. Very friendly and attentive. Check-in was also a breeze. Sadly, we didn't check out the pool or the bar, but both seemed swanky.

Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants easy access to everything.

Stayed here for two nights before we travel off around Thailand and couldn't of asked for anything more. Having travelled a lot and stayed in many upmarket hotels this rates up with best, especially for the price! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the location perfect for a mix of, "I'm tired but still want to see Bangkok in limited time". Stunning pool and bars! Go go go.

The colour of the building is surprising but makes easy to see it from far.
The situation next the skytrain station is very convenient to go everywhere in the city.
The staff is very nice, present and ready to help you in every thing .
The room was comfortable and perfectly clean.
So I enjoyed to stay there 2 days.

We travellled as a group of four and spent our first night there after arriving in Bangkok. Check in was very fast and efficient. The rooms, especially the bathroom, was quite big and very clean with a nice view of the city (28th floor). Beds are very comfy and not to soft which I prefer. The breakfast buffet was excellent with very good fresh bread and many other delicacies. BTS Surasak is right in front of the hotel (tell the taxi drivers to bring you to the BTS station as many of them don't know the hotel yet). The friendly staff at the travel desk helped us organise our onward travel and the guy at the reception even called the support hotline of the mobile phone provider when my new prepaid SIM-card wasn't working properly. We will definitely go back there at the end of our trip.
