This has to be one of the highlights of our trip, the Grand Palace was spectacular, so much to see there, awesome.

Need to walk for 10 mins since our Grab driver refuse to go near the Grand Palace area. Queue up for 2-3 mins at the ticket counter. The place is so huge & so beautiful. Not realised we have spent about 3-4 hours at that place

You definitely should visit, but women you must be covered up! Long pants or skirt and a shirt covering your shoulders are required. A sarong to wrap your shoulders is not enough. You will be required to purchase a souvenir t-shirt to put on before you can enter.

Dual pricing charge, and the over the top way you have to cover yourself, huge crowds from Chinese tourists made this miserable. Avoid.

One of the most beautiful buildings in Bangkok the grand palace is a must see

It's a walk from the reclining Buddha but it's worth it. Here you get a chance to see the emerald Buddha and be in the most holiest place in Thailand

Enchanting

Saw it from a distant. It's beautiful. Clean nd maintained very well. Cant go too close but the tourist attraction is nice. Though ticket seemed a little more expensive than I expected.

Managed to squeeze in The Grand Palace on our way to the airport and we are so glad we did!
We spent about 2 hours, mostly because that was all the time we had. It is incredibly impressive. It was very hot, so recommend bringing water and make sure you completely cover up.The boys even need long pants, they do have them out the front for 200 baht if your stuck.

Myself and my partner visited the place at the end of October.
The palace and other buildings were impressive but I did find it considerably more expensive than other temples or nearby places to visit. Entrance was 500baht per person.

Amazing palace. Be prepared to get amazed. Realy beautiful place. So much to see, that even when in a hurry you spend at least 2 hours here.
