Way too many ppl! Basically ppl watching, although the temples themselves are stunning. Totally lost its serenity. Would recommend a lot of patience when taking photos.

Everything OK, nice place. Note, that unlike to Buckingham, many if not half of buildings remains closed for tourists.

It is huge. Make sure you just had food before you go in, because in there is no food and it took me three hours to see everything. Your ticket includes a ticket for the Vimanmek Mansion, make sure you go there as well and visit Dusit for a day.

Go as early as possible, once the tour groups show up its too late!

We took the ferry across from Wat Arun, very easy to find. Do make sure you walk all the way around and see everything.

A great way to spend a few hours out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Best to check opening times, the first time we went we went to get into a tuk tuk whose driver said the palace was closed for a few hours but he could take us to see some other things on the way, of course the palace wasn't closed as we took another taxi straight there!
